Class out the Back Garden
I was starting this class which was taking place out my back garden. Before I started, I met one of my teachers at her house to get to know her and so she could tell me about the course. She told me there was a celebration taking place so there was going to be plenty of chocolate and cake. She offered me a piece of cake but I didn’t want any.
I made my way back to mine to my back garden where there were a few people there getting ready for class. There were tables all around and people had a note pad out and their pens ready to write notes. In the middle of the garden was a white board where the teacher could write her notes on. While she talking, I didn’t really listen, I was too busy checking my phone and seeing how much money I had so that I could have some dinner afterwards.
Everyone started getting out their chocolate biscuits and cakes and starting eating them. The teacher wasn’t happy about it and she was pulling a face at us all the time but I didn’t care, the chocolate biscuits my mate got out were really nice. She had white and dark chocolate fingers and some cakes. I only eat the fingers as I wasn’t a big fan on cake.
Eventually, the teacher stopped talking and she went to the corner of the garden where there was a pond, to her bag and took out a blue wii fit board.
‘Now, had everyone got one of these?’ she asked as she was holding it up.
This Indian couple that were at the bottom of the garden asked what it was as they didn’t have a clue. Most people knew what it was. The teacher then told us our homework, we had to have ago on the wii fit and discuss what we think and write a report. However, some people started going on about how they couldn’t go on it, especially my mate who was sitting next to me because she was pregnant so I could understand why she couldn’t go on.
The teacher did not look happy at all and it looked like she was starting to give up because nobody was interested at all. I stood up as I was about to leave but something happened and I managed to hurt my foot and other parts of my body, I was in agony. I went in the house to change into more comfortable shoes so it wouldn’t hurt as much. I then went in the front room as there was someone sitting in there so I started talking to her for a bit about the class. After talking to the woman, I planned on going back down to the garden to ask the teacher what had happened and what I was going do about the pain.

My Hamster
Garry stopped round my house that night because he was setting up my wii; also, I had a new bed so I wanted to see what he thought of it. It was a posh bed with curtains; it made a change from a bunk bed. That day, we just played the wii and when it was late we went to bed. The bed was really comfortable and when the curtains on the bed were drawn, it was really cosy. Garry pretty much fell asleep straight away.
The next morning, I got up quite early, but Garry was still asleep so I left him to it. He was so cute and he looked really comfortable so I got out of bed quietly and went downstairs on the wii. Later on the day, I had to start packing my things because I was stopping at my best friend Tam’s house for a few days and she wanted me to bring my hamster.
I packed my things and hugged Garry goodbye, I was really going to miss him and I felt a little sad but I was excited at the same time. However, when I arrived, I was quite disappointed. She lived on a council estate, but not just any estate, it was the worst and grottiest looking place I had ever seen. I thought Tam had lived by herself but when she let me in her house, she had her whole family living with her, and some of the woman had babies, it was a nightmare.
I went into Tam’s room and I had a mattress as a bed and the hamster cage had to go on the floor. I thought I would get over it and just have fun with Tam. However, I had to go with her to meet more of her family for a meal. She was going on about how she hopes her father and her brother would turn up because she hadn’t seen them for ages and Tam arranged the meal so that all of her family can meet up for a catch up.
When it was time to go, I decided to bring my hamster; I took her out the cage and went. It was quite cold outside so after a while of walking to meal, I regretted bringing the hamster because it could get ill if it was too cold. I tried to put her in my pocket but she wouldn’t go in and I tried to put her up my sleeve, she would go in but come back out again. Finally, we arrived at the restaurant, well, that’s what I thought it would be but it turned out we were just sitting on benches and a pub was going to serve us. It looked really cheap.
I decided to have spaghetti bolognaise because it was simple. When it came, it was quite hard to eat because I had a hamster and if I put it down it would run off so I had to wait for Tam to finish her meal so that she could look after it. When she was done, I eat my spaghetti and it was quite nice for a pub meal. I had my hamster back but got worried when I saw that she was pink around the eyes, she did not look good at all.
I told Tam that I had to get back to her house to put my hamster back in her cage because she was getting cold so me and Tam went. She looked a bit annoyed and at first I thought it was me but she was that she was really annoyed that her brother and father didn’t turn up. This other girl started walking with us. Tam lent me her coat so that I could put the hamster in her pocket and zip the pocket up and at least then, the hamster is going to be warm.
We were quite close to home and there was a ramp, because it had been raining, it was really slippery and I slipped down it. Tam was just laughing and her mate helped me up, I felt so embarrassed because the people driving past were laughing too. Finally, we got back to Tam’s and her family that was in the house were shouting and being annoying. I headed for Tam’s room but there were these two girls having a fight and ramming pushchairs at each other. When they finally stopped, I managed to get to her room and put my hamster straight in her cage.
At first she just stood there, I was worried that she was dying but then she started to eat her food. While she was eating, I noticed that she was low on water so I decided to fill it up. I went to the kitchen and there will woman all sitting at the table with their babies. I asked if I could use their water and they gave me a funny look and a sarcastic yes. I filled the water bottle and put it onto the cage. After a while, the hamster seemed perfectly fine so I stopped worrying and went back to Tam.
This was going to be a long 4 days.
Additional Comments:
I dreamt of my hamster because I actually have on and I was watching her in her cage for a while the day before. Also, me and Tam arranged the day before for me to stop at hers, however, she does actually live on her own.
