I began the dream, with no socks or shoes on, going for a walk around the block. I soon came to a road block and so came to a decision that if I was going to get home I would need to take a diversion and and ride a bus for one stop. As we drove along I looked out the window and saw a graveyard lit in the moonlight (for it was now night), and it looked the most beautiful sight I had ever seen.
I got off the bus and went down a short flight of steps, followed by a number of people till I found myself at a dead end, looking out to a steep drop through iron railings. I had gone the wrong way but I did not want to be seen to not know what I was doing, so I pretended to look out with interest at my view as if that was what I had intended to be looking for in the first place. After I was on my own again I waited for a discreet amount of time before heading off in the direction that they had all gone.

I was sitting on a toilet seat and beneath
me in the pan was fresh food. A bee or a
fly was trying to get at this food (which I
was also eating) so I made sure it
couldn't. The soundtrack to this dream
was Silence and I by The Alan Parsons
Project. The line I kept hearing was
'We're two of a kind, Silence and I, we
need some time to talk things over.'

No other of the original New Wave/Punk bands have lasted longer than The Fall. There have been over 40 members, 30 line-ups, they have made 27 studio records and about 25 live records & 25 compilations/outtakes albums. The only lasting member is Mark E. Smith.
I was back at my old job, on a forklift moving a pallet from A to B. This must have been set at the start of my employment there and I believe I was doing rather well. I got into a talk with my boss and he said I was going to be working on The Fall rig at Hammersmith Apollo. I had not anticipated doing such heavy work!
Then I was at the top of an indoor slide in a stately home. The slide was covered in a burgundy blanket which made for an unsatisfying slide down and then at bottom I happened to hear a film review spoken to me from above. The dream ended with an animated fish floating down and swimming around in the air in front of me.
