Otto was prowling and I was with Sophie by the front door. I had the flap down then Otto went a little wild and was hanging at the curtains to get at Something. Sophie screamed and I ran towards the door and trod on something small, warm, furry and alive. I awoke.

Running For A Coach

I was waiting for a coach that was going to take me to work. It had parked further up the road and probably did not see me because even though I was running towards it (slowly as it happened, because it was as if I was running through treacle) it carried on past me after assuming I was not going to be there to be collected. I went on home, and in the funny sort of way things happen in dreams I discovered I was still in my pyjamas and wondering if I had my door key. Apparently I did, and so I went upstairs and that was where I found some of my work colleagues waiting for me. Oh yes, and there was a random glass of orange that had been left discarded on the stairs.

Lords

I was at game at Lords, in a very noisy upstairs eating area. I was sitting down at a table with my family and saying hello to passers by. An elderly gentleman I knew said hello and when he had gone my family said that he was a very famous man indeed.
While I was at the cricket I was trying to contact my good friend Gu to let him know what I thought of his team's performance. After spending an age trying to get a signal it was pointed out that he was standing behind me.
There was an amusing interlude at this point when I was standing at the base of an arched bridge in the reeds, watching a man who was hacking with a golf club at a loose ball. He must have taken something like 50 frustrated swings before getting out from under the bridge.
