My home team were playing in my parents' back garden. I was there, buying a magazine from the club shop which only allowed one person in at a time. I got into a complicated purchase of a magazine which prompted people behind me to complain hurry up! The delay was due to a man who had lent me a few pence in a complicated exchange of money, then claimed I owed him 20p. Chill out man, you'll get your money back!

It all got too much for me, so I went upstairs to lay on my old bed and then see the match through the bedroom window. I took my trousers off and just lay there trying to sleep on top of the covers. Would somebody burst in on me? I couldn't really care.

I was attending a football game, and right at the climax I decided I was going to walk out and meet up with friends on a coach who had broken down on the way to the game.  I had a lot of trouble leaving because I couldn't find the exit and when I got to my friends I was told that a replacement coach had been sent, but we all tried to get the coach off the road where it was blocking traffic in both directions.

I was using Windows on my PC. I went to open a document and found myself in the middle of a huge search to find all the .doc files on my computer. From here I was in the middle of playing a football game. I hardly got a touch of the ball, but the match was notable for an event that happened shortly after the start of the game: all the players and the referee ran to the halfway line en masse and lined up in respect to mark the anniversary of the deaths of spectators at a game many years ago.
