I was giving a speech on the merits of recording all my dreams in Dream Journal to an audience. It was a fluent speech. Then along came Alan Freeman to hear what I was saying, and I lost where I was up to. Even worse, I lost my speech notes and I stumbled over my lines. Alan gave one of his famous catchphrases 'Alright?' or something like that.

Simon Cowell was in North London, and I had gone home and written the details down of what he said and did on my Dream Journal. I think he was going to bring Michael Jackson into the show. When I awoke I had forgotten the main details of the dream.
