I was having trouble turning the stove rings off on our cooker after dishing up carrot soup at the house. When I served some of it up it was lukewarm. Urgh! Phil bought fish and chips for everyone except for Sophie and I who were still getting to grips with the soup. Then it was us getting married in kitchen, from which I departed - walking like a drunk to look out a window at the pouring rain.
