I got an e-mail on ThrillNetwork from a guy who asked us if he could build a tram on Superman The
Escape at Six Flags Magic Mountain. His plan was to build a cart that could be pulled up the back
side of the tower. It would go down the track and travel around the park.
I e-mailed him and basically told him that was crazy and that we had no affiliation with the park. I
told him to e-mail the park.
Steven got mad at me because apparently we did have a deal with the park. He said this ACE member
should be allowed to design his attraction and build it.
I was at Magic Mountain while the man was working on his attraction. It was a small cart with a few
car seats strapped on it. The cart was attached to a wire that was attached to a pulley. He grabbed
the wire and pulled himself up the tower. He looked at me and laughed because I thought his idea was
stupid.
Additional Comments:
I think Tom Z. might have been in this dream, too, if only for a brief moment.
Steven only talked to me on the phone in the dream.

I was at Six Flags Magic Mountain to ride Tatsu. The ride was scheduled to open the next day, but
the park was having a soft opening.
Somehow I got to the front of the line and in the station before everyone else was there. I think I
was in the park before it opened. I got in the first row, and I got to ride all by myself. The ride
was really fun. When I got off, I was telling myself it was the second best ride there.
As I exited, the running of the bulls had put thousands of people in line. All the stairs leading up
the mountain were full of people. I was glad I got to ride before them.
The exit wound around down the side of the mountain on long, rampy sidewalks. There were fences on
both sides of the sidewalk so people couldn't run to the kill zones of the ride. Ahead of me I saw a
friend of mine from Cedar Point. He was with a group of four other people. I ran after him and
yelled his name, but he never stopped.
When I got on the midway, I saw him walking toward Viper. I ran toward him, but then I saw Steph
sitting on a rock near the front of the park. I said hi and asked her how she was. She asked if I'd
ridden Tatsu. I told her I did and that I was lucky because it opened tomorrow.

Steph was one of my copy editors.
