I was in a large room with my mom. It might have been a hotel. There was a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking some sandstone cliffs. Far in the distance near a bend in the canyon was Betatakin. Nearer to our window was a smaller set of ruins. Some tourists were crossing the canyon to see those. I pointed to the ruins in the distance and said they must have been Keet Seel.
There was a large picture book in the room that had a list of the most beautiful things in the world. They all were accessible from that hotel. Keet Seel was one. I went to a courtyard and stood next to a pool of water. There was a small waterfall about a foot high in the middle of the pool, and the water drained out from the lower pool. Along the outside of this pool room were many floor-to-ceiling windows, each with a different view of something beautiful.
I went to the pool. The water was greenish, and there were large carp in it. A child around 10 years old was playing in the water and trying to grab the fish. He caught one on the drop between the two levels and dragged it to the edge near me. The carp had an elongated snout and rows of teeth that looked sharp but weren't. It looked like an alligator gar. Another child was standing near me. His back was to the water, and I wanted to play a prank on him.
I whispered to the kid in the water to bring the fish over to the kid by the water. He did and lifted its head out so its mouth was open. I lightly slapped the other kid on the leg so he would turn toward the fish. When he did, he screamed and jumped in the air.

My brother and I were at a dump next to a river or pond. We saw some fish, so we tried to catch them. I found a pool skimmer and tried to catch some. Then I found a dead fish and some string. I tied the dead fish to the string and threw it in the water. I dug the other end of the string in the mud on the shore.
Something big bit the dead fish and dragged the line away. I was upset that I missed it. I walked to the top of a hill and saw a small pool of water. A little fish jumped up and dove down below. I couldn't see it, but I thrust the net into the water and pulled it up. The little fish was in the net. I shouted to my brother that I caught one and walked down the hill to him.
We saw some more fish in the shallow part of the big body of water. I caught another with the net. Four or five large fish weren't moving in a really shallow part. My brother touched each one individually, and they all swam off.
Then I saw a man in a uniform on a sand bar in the water. His uniform was like a park ranger uniform, and I assumed he was with the fish and wildlife department. We didn't have fishing licenses, but my brother said it was OK since it's in a city. I was trying to think of Texas fishing regulations.
We kept the fish in a plastic box we found. There were three fish in it already, but they had died since there was no water in it. Tim dumped the fish out, put water in it, and I put the two fish I caught in the box. I told him to hide the box and pretend we were picking up trash.
The ranger walked over and saw that we appeared to be cleaning trash. He said good job and said he'd let us get back to work. The area we were standing on was horribly polluted. There was trash all over the place. To our left was a little sand bar peninsula, and it was covered in trash. Behind it on the hill was more trash. I found a few cardboard boxes and kicked them.
My brother asked if I could set up a courtroom to try the people who dumped this trash. I didn't understand what he meant. As I kicked a box, he said "the homeless bar." Apparently that's the rules and regulations of homeless people, and I needed to set up a court with those boxes so they could get in trouble for dumping their trash.

There might have been more to the beginning of this dream. I think I was in a vehicle driven by a former co-worker, and we were driving on a bridge over the water.
