I was at a track meet. I ran the 100-meter dash and placed high enough for next round. I'm told it's at 1-something.
I go on break to a mall. Mom drives me there. We take an escalator down from the entrance to an underground area. The escalator is very fast and catches me off guard. I slide at bottom when I get off because it's so fast, the force pushes me off it.
Mom took another, slower escalator. At the bottom, she goes into a bathroom. I wait for her. I look at my watch and see that it's almost 1, and I get a little nervous because my next race is coming up.
Bones, my dad's college friend, tells me he'll take me to the race. We take the stairs up. Outside, I look at my watch and it's 7. My watch gets dim and dies. I figure the crazy times were because the battery was dying, and it wasn't actually close to 1 o'clock.
We get in his beat up old car. He says Mom was behind us and that she'll follow us. We circle around a confusing parking lot interchange. It has two or three lanes leading into a slightly larger lane that leads to the road. There are arrows in the road, and it's difficult to see which lane to be in. We accidentally turn around the wrong way on a one-way turn. I see mom coming out of mall. She gets in her car, and I figure we're OK to leave now.

My brother and I were in a shopping mall. I wanted to find a camera or electronics store to buy a 16-gigabyte card for my camera. I looked at a map and found a Gap.
We walked toward the Gap, but when I got to it, I thought it was kind of stupid that a memory card would be in a clothing store. I turned to tell my brother that, and he limped away. Something was wrong with one of his legs. He limped and dragged his leg slightly. I wondered why that was, but I didn't want to mention it.

I drove to a mall or shopping center and parked my car. I was going to buy a bike, but I couldn't find the bike store. This building was sort of an outcropping adjacent to the rest of the mall. It was a single building like an island in the parking lot.
I walked around the outside of different stores until I decided to go in and find the bike store there. I walked past a few stores and found the bike store, where I spent $400 on a bike. The finding a bike and buying it were skipped, but I knew they happened.
Then I was outside again and worrying about money because I only had about $430 in my account. I wondered if I had bought the bike with my checking account or credit card. As I walked outside with the bike to my side, the right handlebar grip started coming off. It was poorly made and similar to a rubber grip on a child's bike. I slid it off and pushed it back on.
An overweight woman I didn't know was walking beside me and talking to me about the bike and handlebar. I don't know if she helped me with the purchase or what, but she seemed to know what was going on.
