I am in Australlia with a number of people. We have just arrived and I find myself on a beach at night. I start running down the beach as fast as I can along with some of the people (classmates?) who are with me. The running is effortless and I am surprised at how little fatigue I feel. We see a building along the beach and pop in to find a pub. People in the pub are talking with an accent and I listen to how unique it sounds. There are brown paper bags full of random items for sale along the shelves, most for about $2. I look at this for awhile and think about buying some things.
The scene changes and I am in the woods in BC. I am outside of a large power plant at night and am hiding and sneaking around. I am with my old friend WT and we are planning to break into a commune compound where we know people are being mistreated. We break into one building (similar to my parents basement) and find MO, who is lonely and abused. I take sympathy on her and give her what she is longing for, just for a very brief moment. I am concerned about getting caught by her husband or someone else.

I am with a group of people and we are staying out at a big old house in the middle of the woods. There are lots of places to sleep and bunk beds and rooms and decks, but there is also hundreds of people there. It reminds me of some of the hostels we stayed at while in Scotland, only more delapidated and crowded. At first I tried to set my bed up between two sets of bunk beds on the floor. Later I am on the back deck with a bunch of people when the whole structure collapses. I ride it to the ground but stay on my feet. I decide to get out my video camera and start shooting footage of this madness. There are tens to hundreds of cats and kittens around, and people setting up camp with small tents in an open storage shed outside. pretty chaotic.

I am glad the hostels we stayed in weren't this crowded or trashy!

I was on top of a very tall (over 500 feet) fire or water tower in a wooded area. Laurette was with me and we were hanging out on the top platform. There were guard rails on all sides but I still had an intense case of vertigo. We had a lot of random items with us on top of the tower, and it was almost like we were camping there for a few days. I remember fearing that the tower might fall and kill us, but I figured that there is no use fretting the unpredictable, and that I needed to trust human engineering. It was a terrifying and beautiful view.
