I feel as if I am a freshman in college again and I am in honors physics class. Part of the dreaming is hearing lectures, and the other part I am trying to get to the 4th floor of the building I am in. I am walking through rows of books and isles of information in some sort of a library. My only thought is to get to the 4th floor, so I ignore all of the books. I find a spiral staircase and start to climb it, However, there is another staircase positioned so that it is impossible to climb the staircase because the gap between the two double-helix staircases is too small. I try to squeeze through but eventually decide that I need to find a different way. Sometimes it seems like the staircase is blocked by a horizontal level walkway, but I am never able to make it to the 4th floor. Fairly stressful dream.
Additional Comments:
going through some contemplative times in my life and I feel that this dream is very symbolic. I think it has helped to give me some insight into situations and dilemmas.

I am pulling myself on a small makeshift raft through a shallow water area. My ex Je is there and I talk to her and make a comment about her dancing. I am pulling myself to a small platform when I look down and notice an atlas sitting at the bottom of the water. I pick it up and am excited to see that it is made of waterproof paper. I take the atlas and am happy.
Additional Comments:
I am stoked to travel. I have recently played half-life, and there are parts of the game that remind me of this dream.

I was riding around with my parents and sister, and I think my sister was driving the car. We were taking some backroads through Posey to get to some sort of a shopping place. It was dark outside and I was unhappy about our destination. At one point I decided I didn't want to go and I had them pull the car over. I decided that I was going to walk the creek back to our house, even though I knew it was several miles away and I didn't really know where I was going. I had my backpack with all of the survival supplies I needed and was prepared to camp in the woods if I had to. My family wasn't thrilled about me leaving but I was even less thrilled about going shopping with them. When I got ready to leave an old man appeared and was driving his 4WD SUV up the creek bed where I was getting ready to hike. I knew I was beyond Mt. Vernon and I figured if I walked to there I could find my way home. Strange dream.

I just returned from a hiking and wandering trip in Scotland.
