At a cabin in the woods our (dream) gray cat gets out and scampers up along some rocks by the side of the road.  I'm vaguely aware that the rocks are more like a solid, hollow piece that was formed in a mold, like rocks for a Hollywood set or something, but it doesn't make me lucid.  My dad tries to catch the cat, but we're suddenly distracted by our (dream) German Shepherd running into the entrance to our garage.  My brother, D___, immediately causes a pile of loose dirt to land in front of the garage followed by a layer of logs so the dog can't get back out.

Still not lucid, I notice a tornado is coming, it seems, for the white, metal washbasins of the neighbors are flying across their yard.

I'm back in art school again, taking computer graphics like I did in real life.  I sign up late for a photography course and then start to go home via the subway.  It comes to a bridge and a barrier, and it seems this is the end of the line ... although I'm puzzled by this, I don't remember having to get off the train at this (dream) bridge.  I get out and realize I forgot my green briefcase (precognitive:  on Friday a couple with a baby left their cell phone on the train, and someone came running out shouting, "Who left their cell phone in the car?"  After they got their cell phone back, the woman that found it said, "I've done my good deed for the day!")

I get back on the train and realize there are two lines going back in the direction of my art school.  The one next to us is splitting off onto another line.  Is that the one my briefcase is on?  I ask the conductor, and he says in a booming voice, "It's going to Cape Prince, New Jersey, my friend." (I think this is actually a reference to Cape May, NJ which I've traveled to before IRL).

I wake up.

(record, fall back to sleep)

I'm at a luxury hotel on the side of beautiful ocean cliff.  Someone is filming a movie and I've broken undetected onto the set.  in a banquet hall off of a "great hall" an extra and I are talking quietly, which is what the extras are supposed to be doing, as the filming takes place.  I tell him in a nonchalant manner how in one generation a nation can change from good to evil.  He's Latino with bushy eyebrows and black, curly hair.  He understands what I'm saying, his eyes light up.

While I realize that the extras are not supposed to be drawing undue attention, I don't care ... for I'm a little bit lucid now.  He's so inspired by what I said that he earnestly says, "Thank you for that thought," and shakes my hand.

I go to leave but suddenly become totally lucid and float up into the air in a trance, staring at the castle wall.  I spin around a couple of times and then hold my arms straight up with my palms together and extend my legs straight downwards, as if I was preparing for "reverse dive" in a pool where you go as deep in the water as you can by just jumping in.  I plunge through the floor and pass through many levels of the castle.  Soon I am going through many subterranean layers so fast that have stacks of some product in white boxes with numbers on them that it starts to appear that I'm going the other way, for the sets of just three digits are going back up instead of down.  However, I have figured out that maybe I'm falling so fast that I'm jumping through the numbers by thousands at a time, only making it appear that they're dropping instead of increasing.

(wake up, record, fall back to sleep)

I go to my train station too early (precognitive:  my train broke down on Friday and I ended up taking the bus to work, arriving there one hour late).  I ask when an earlier train comes in,  but the guy gives me the wrong time because I'm so early.

(wake up, record, fall back to sleep)

I'm at my mother and father's (dream) house.  I'm fixing up an old box-shaped grand piano, but then my mother tells me there's holy water in it.  The sun is shining brightly in through the window and reflecting off the sill.

I wake up.

An invisible barrier keeps shimmering every now and then like the surface of a pond over a cutaway of the center of a large house.

I'm a kid again and there are friends all around me.  I suddenly am lucid and immediately say, "Take us to Alice in Wonderland."  We begin flying away over the landscape, bumping into other groups of kids as we go along because we're not that far off the ground.  "Come on and fly away with us!" we shout to them.

But I begin to think about how lucid dreams like this have turned into low cohesion ones, unlike my early days of lucid dreaming in which lucidity seemed to make for greater cohesion, not less.  As a result of these thoughts, I become detached from the group and stare in a trance at a chain link fence that I approach at a slower and slower pace.  As I get right up to it, the chains become disorganized and start to turn into filaments until finally I'm looking at a gossamer spider web with highly random patterns.  It makes me think of this video that I recently saw on youtube:

Spiders On Drugs (note:  watch the whole thing)

As I pass through it it just disappears and I don't feel anything.  My foot goes through the water of a pond and that wakes me up.

(record, fall back to sleep)

I wake up with these words in my head:  "end instantaneous transport systems."  (This may have something to do with the science fiction novel I'm currently writing.)

(record, fall back to sleep)

My mother and father are at a space station with me.  It's not so far out that we're in the blackness of space, in fact the sky is quite blue all around us and there are giant, purple clouds towering up in the distance.  I notice that the clouds look a little fake, like they're just giant, flat plates cut out in the shape of clouds.

I walk in the direction of a lobby and suddenly come across a bunch of Rotweiler puppies.  I reach down to pat them, but one bites my finger and won't let go.  I finally get my finger free and then see the mother, a bear-sized, overweight black lab.

"What is this, 101 Dalmatians?" I shout, for reasons unclear to even myself.

I wake up.
