I had a dream while in the middle of a guided meditation at the class I'm taking, "How to Develop Your Psychic Abilities."I was inside of an amethyst crystal looking out.
Then my hands began to tingle and I noticed that I had clasped them in a way so that the left thumb and index finger would be touching, except that the palm of my right hand was in between. The right hand was open in a way that seemed to gesture the act of receiving something. This didn't seem strange to me.
I knew I was in a very light dream, so I tried to sense if there was anyone present in the bookstore (where the class is being held) besides the teacher and the other student. To my surprise, there seems to be a whole crowd of benevolent, wise beings standing just behind me. They seem joyful, and I find their presence reassuring.
Then a woman is standing in front of me in some kind of ancient-appearing garb. There is a headpiece on her that looks like a pastel-colored disk. Soft candle light illuminates her face. She seems awe-inspiring and kind. I hold out my left hand towards her, and she clasps it between her two palms. Her expression doesn't change. But I get the feeling that something good is being passed to me.
Then the dream changes so that I'm wandering around the bookstore. I go into the office, which is dark. But I can barely see someone standing in the middle of it. It's a wizard with a cone-shaped hat and a long beard. He reminds me of Merlin, from King Arthur's Tales; but his hair is blondish and overtrimmed. And the cone-shaped hat is one solid color - - dark purple or a dull magenta. He, too, seems to have a benevolent demeanor as he looks at me with a smile.
I wake up at the end of the meditation and am surprised to see that my hands are folded, not in the formation described earlier. But until the moment I woke up, they felt like they were in that position. I guess my hands were OBE.
