[lucid assignment: let the dream direct itself, and just go along with the plot as an extra would on a movie set. Be acutely aware of opportunities to interact with the dream characters as they arise, and in this way change the mix of the dream.]
I'm at a summer camp and am about to go swim in a pond, but I see they've drained it, leaving the bottom of the pond visible. Oddly, it looks like a freshly plowed field. A coworker, L___, is there with her daughter, L____. I talk to them briefly and go to look for another place to swim.
Another pond is fine, but the water's very cold. I imagine how it would feel to swim in that, and it actually feels like I'm in the water as I think about it ... not realizing that by picturing it I'm about to alter the dream so that I WILL be in the water. The idea of swimming in a cold pond seems invigorating to me.
The dream is just on the verge of changing when I'm distracted by a group of kids trying to make suds by having a water faucet rush water into an old fashioned, trough-shaped sink with wooden sides. I show them how, by putting your finger over the faucet, you can force the water to come out even faster and in that way make more bubbles. But they don't have enough soap in the water. I give up and, on seeing a regular swimming pool nearby, head in that direction.
(wake up, record, fall back to sleep)
I start out jogging -- quite fast -- near N___ Hospital, where I used to work at IRL. My running soon switches to biking on a racing bike, and I'm going even faster. There are other bikers now racing along beside me. We have to go through some sort of highway lane corrals that look a little bit like scaffolding erected over a sidewalk to protect pedestrians from work going on above.
Suddenly it switches to nighttime, and I realize I don't have a light on my bike. Before I can think about it much, it's daytime again ... but now there's snow everywhere and the road is icy.
I become lucid and switch to skiing, but I'm still on the road and the pavement is scratching my skis. So I levitate my skis upward, intending to fly to a nearby slope.

But it makes me flip upside-down and just hang there in the air. For a moment, I'm watching myself removed from my body, like in player mode for a video game. Then I'm back in my body, and a chairlift comes by and scoops me up out of the air.
It's more like a gondola without a roof, and my brother, D___, and my sister, C___, are already on it.
I've lost my lucidity, and don't even wonder about the huge duffel back I'm carrying and how my skis just disappeared. C____ is cold, and I look through it to find an extra shirt for her.
I wake up.
