Lucid Intent? Yes

I have a number of dreams, in between which I wake up briefly, but am too tired and lazy to jot a word or two down so I can remember them later (and, as expected, I do not recall any of these, except a vague recollection that they were pleasant dreams).
I wake up, roll over onto my back, and go back to sleep. Immediately I'm in a dream where I can see that I have some kind of large intestine problem. I can clearly see the inside of my abdominal cavity, which is completely empty except for the intestine. Nothing about any of this makes me lucid, though -- I seem to be under the impression that it's perfectly normal to be able to see inside one's own body, and also that the large intestine is the only thing in there. On top of that, the colon runs transverse along my pelvis instead of vertically in relation to it as it should -- and a piece of string holds it up off of the pelvis, tied at the top to some anchor point near my neck bones.
(shift) I find myself sleeping on my back in a workout gym. My hands are above my head (later on, I found out that's how I was positioned in real life, too). It feels uncomfortable, but I'm lucid -- and I'm afraid if I move my hands to a new position that I'll wake up. So I very slowly move my astral hands down by my sides. I feel my astral arms detaching from my physical ones, but because I'm doing it slowly, I don't wake up.
While lucid, I don't seem to realize that this is not where I usually sleep. I have no problem during the dream that I am apparently living in a gym.
Next, I'm reading letters on the wall near the foot of my bed. People seem to have written completely nonsensical things in these (and I can't remember any of them now that I'm awake). There are others walking around.
I wake up.
