I'm walking along the
dark streets of my town. I begin swinging my right arm around in a circle and,
as I do, bright sparks come off my hand and leave a circular trail. I reverse
the direction of my swing and make the sparks leave a trail the other way.
Seemingly in response to
what I'm doing, several jets fly across the dark sky in a wavy pattern, leaving
a fiery purple trail behind them.
Fully aware that I'm dreaming
now, I come upon a group of people watching some calamity at the train station.
Their mouths are all agape.
"YOU CAN ALL GO HOME
NOW," I shout at them.
Obediently they begin filing
away. I go to the area they were looking at and see a man being put in an ambulance.
"Stop!" I say
to a nurse. "I'm going to heal him. This is a dream."
"Oh, OK," she
replies and steps aside.
I put my hand on the man's
foot but nothing happens. The nurse didn't get completely out of the way, so
the arm that I have extended out to the man on the stretcher is touching her
arm a little.
"You may feel some
of the healing vibrations, too," I tell her confidently. But still nothing
happens ... and I wake up.

I'm a passenger in the front seat of an ambulance. I realize that it's the 22nd century and the driver is a young man
who's telling me of a horrible accident that another ambulance driver got into when he put his vehicle into auto-pilot. He
shows me how he can turn the vehicle temporarily into a helicopter, and we fly over a couple of traffic jams.
There's suddenly a back seat, and I look back and see that there are more young men there now, and everyone's talking
at once. The driver puts on some music and starts humming along to it -- but then I see he doesn't have his hands on
the wheel.
"You didn't put your ambulance into auto-pilot, did you?" I ask him, horrified because of the story he just told me about
the other driver.
"Yeah, but don't worry about it," he replies.
We were going to the hospital I work at in real life, but now I see that he's taken some kind of detour. "Are we going to
Wonderland?" I ask. "You know I need to be at work!" [in the dream, Wonderland was a beach side amusement park
that doesn't exist in real life, although there is a town near me by that name; also, this looked like old pictures I've seen
of Coney Island]
Suddenly we are both shirtless and in our swimming trunks, and three more young men in their swimsuits have also
appeared in the front seat, crowded between us. The attractive one that's now next to me is looking at me with what I
think might be interest.
"You know, I'd love to go to the beach with you, but I really can't," I say to him, and touch him on the arm to gauge his
reaction.
His eyes grow wider and he says, "Oh, come on, please go with me!"
I'm suddenly lucid. "You're from the 22nd century, but I'm from the 21st century and it's time for me to wake up now
and go to work. But how about if we hook up in another dream?"
He smiles and says, "Sure!"
I shake my head back and forth and wake up.
Additional Comments:
This is the first dream I've had since my cold started to finally go away. I think it was mostly a wish fulfillment dream, but
part of me wants to believe I was actually in touch with people from the next century....
