passed through things as if they were air

I'm in the main lab that I actually work in, trying to sleep. The lights have been turned down and I'm sitting with a blanket over me. It's the overnight shift (when I did this shift IRL I could never even take a nap, I was too nervous).Suddenly I'm up on top of a lab bench, lying on it, with the blanket still on me. I pass down through the bench and the floor as if they were made of air and start heading towards the basement below. Dream memory tells me that I'm heading towards an old oil heater in the floor below; but IRL we are up on the second floor. I brace myself for a blast of heat, as I expect to pass through the furnace.
But I pop out into a corridor that has water running along it. I float out into the hallway of the house my parents lived in in North Carolina and wake up.
I eat a yogurt and go back to sleep.
The gay roommate I had a long time ago in real life is asking me if I want to help him sell herbal supplements (precognitive: I took my cousins on a tour today of my town, and we stopped at a New Age shop ... that was full of herbs and potions!). I say no, I'm not good at sales -- I'm not assertive enough.
There's a shift in the dream, and suddenly he's a short, gay Asian guy who's asking me to come and play on a gay volleyball league. I start explaining to him that I tried playing it years ago, but that I could just never quite get the knack of it.
However, I stop in my explanation, realizing that he likes me -- and that I like him, too. So I agree to going to volleyball with him, however I tell him I will need a ride home afterwards ... and I didn't bring any gym clothes, so I'll have to play in the jeans and t-shirt that I'm wearing. We go to the gym.
(shift) I'm stepping on plants in my driveway. They're partially frozen, so they're only getting crushed a little by my feet. They resemble "chickens 'n hens"
Hens & Chicks Echeveria elegans or Sempervivum soboliferum
(Oops, I mean "hens and chickens").
