I wake up multiple times during the sleep period, and this time also, with the same, very large thought in my mind.
My bubble-shaped "Edge-Of-Thought" is deployed outside the earth, between the earth and moon. It drifts smoothly to keep my physical body precisely located in the center of this spherical thought form that defines my ordinary Edge-Of-Thought.
My thoughts float completely free of all earthly care, basking in the open space, mostly in the light from the sun, except for the area where the shadow from the nighttime side of the earth reaches out beyond the distance to the moon. My body, at rest in bed, fast approaches the sunrise line that is the leading edge of earth, as it tracks around the sun.
In line with the axis of the earth, North is the north pole, and South is the south polar region. East is high-noon facing the sun, and the peak-of-night, deep in the earth’s shadow, is West. The line of sunrise is the forward point leading into today and tomorrow. The line of sunset on the other side separates today from yesterday. My body rests comfortably in the center of all of this, on the surface of the earth, offset from the compass points to a certain degree, (which I do not attempt to calculate.)
When I decide to recall my Edge-Of-Thought back from the open sunlit space and start to pick up the cares of the day, it folds and pleats back together neatly, until it is no larger than a grain of rice and I tuck it inside my torso, underneath the bottom of my rib cage.
This is one of the ways that I exercise care all day and release all care at night and sleep. My dreams, right now today, repeatedly impress me with an urgency to share this basic, simple dream skill with other dreamers, ( in real time,) on this Dream Journal.
My spherical Edge-Of-Thought drifts easily and lightly through the waves and particles of existence, completely untouched and touching nothing. It is always in the pass-through mode here in this lifetime.
