I was at some kind of military installation in the middle of a war zone. A female soldier lost her eye in combat, and one of her fellow soldiers broke into a building where they slaugher people and stole one for her. The doctors said, "With what we know now, there's hope" Another soldier gave me the sign and told me to follow him. I followed him up four flights of stairs to a room he had to use an electronic "key" to get in. There were several people hooked to what looked like EEG monitors sitting in chairs. He explained that they (the monitors) were very sophisticated tools used to emasure brain and body activity, kind of like what they use in sleep labs, only more complex. The said they were measuring how certain pain meds and lithium blocked lucid and advanced dreaming techniques and "strip the populace of their psi ability"
