There was more to it, I'm sure, but all I can remember after a few hours of already being awake and moving about is:
I was standing at a counter as if waiting for assistance even though I was in a kitchen of an apartment that was unfamilar to me, maybe poaring myself a drink. My father stood on my right, watching me and I think we were dicussing something though I can't recall what exactly.
Then, when I finishes with whatever I'm doing, I turn around and see a heavy-set African-American woman who looked around my age. She seemed cross and acted as though she had been standing in queue behind me for a long time while I was talking to my dad.
She was going off and yelling in my face and I was just standing in front of her, completely doe-eyes and confuses, occtionally glancing over at my father in a cry of desperation for some help; He didn't move. The woman continued cussing me out and insulting me while I stood there and took it until she forcfully poked me in my shoulder.
Anger sparked in me. I clenched my fist but just as quickly unclenched it, asking the woman not to touch me. The woman laughed in my face and with great force, pushed me backwards with her open palm. I took a step back to regain my balance, completely in awe at her uncivil behavior. I take one last glance at my father as if for comfirmation (though his expression remained blank and uninterested) and clenched my fist, wrapped my left arm around her neck so my hand was gripping the back of her head and pulled her into impact with my right fist. When I hit her, it didn't feel like I was doing much; As if right at the last second my fist would relax so that I was mearly bumping my knuckles against her cheek.
Even as I was hitting her (gently as it was) she continued to insult me. Giving up on trying to punch her, I pulled her to the ground and began smashing her face against the floor. I could feel the allpied force vibrate from the front of her face to the back of her head and into my palms as blood began to pool around her, splattering on the wall and counters. I continued to slam her against the floor until I felt a crack or a crush of bone and I knew it was her skull and then she was dead.
Without a second going by, the woman turned into my American Buldog, Dililah. The blood was gone but she laid on the ground, motionless. I knew she, too, was dead. Terror struck me and I lost my breath, tears welled up in my eyes and I began crying hystarically. I looked back at my father, once again trying to get some sort of answer or even a reaction; He gave me niether still. I scooped my dog into my arms and held her tightly against me, letting my tears soak into her white fur.
"No, no, no! I didn't-- I'm sorry!" I yelled into her, pleading that I reverse what had happened. "Please, come back!"
It felt as though everything else around us was speeding up, the sun rose and set a few times as I cried for my dog. But just seconds before I woke up, my dog's eyes opened and her tail started wagging and she licked my face. Like, she hadn't gone anywhere and everything was okay, again.
I woke up.
I think the dream may represent that we are all children of the planet and we are all one; We should all treat eachother with love and respect. So even if someone is being rude to you, violence if never the answer and if you hurt someone you don't know, you may as well be hurting someone very dear to you.
I don't know why the dream ended happily. I feel like it might be indicating that even after death, we are still together in our hearts or that one day we'll all meet again.

I was walking down a spiral, stone staircase and lining the pillar were a bunch of young men that looked maybe a year or two younger than me, their mouths open wide and their gazes staring straight ahead with no obvious focus. I stared at them as I passed, the bottom row of their teeth was missing and they had imprints of strange symbols one of their front teeth. Above their heads, their button teeth were somehow nailed to the pillar and painted green. I continued to descend the stairs when I met up with a strange lady with dark eyes, "I hope you like my art." she said to me.
I said nothing and passed her by walking out of the large tower and ended up in my car with a girl I know. It appeared as though we were headed home from a long road-trip. We stopped at a gas station and stayed there for hours before we left. There were guys making a ruckus in the back but neither of us went to check it out. When we left, all we had gotten was some Airhead Extremes for the girl I know. We continued driving.
Next thing I know, I'm in a large grocery store with my family and we're walking around, slowly filling our purses with their merchandise; stealing. The grocery store was a normal one, it was like a farmers market but on wooden docks over the ocean. You're have to hop from one to the other. I tried jumping to an apple stand but I missed and ended up in the water. I swam around in the ocean and encountered a large black squid that covered me in ink. I returned to the store.
Then, my clothes ended up laying all over the apples to dry. I'm wearing an outfit from inside the store. An employee walks up to us and whispers harshly that he knows we've been stealing from his store and he intends to get the police involved. I looked at my parents and they didn't seem fazed.
I woke up.

This is a recurring theme in my dreams, though it happens a little differently each time. Bonnaroo is a music festival I went to last year during the summer with my boyfriend at the time. I didn't start having this dream until he and I broke up a few months ago after a 2 1/2 year long relationship.
I was standing in my old house--the house I lived in over seven years ago--, staring at my mother who, I assume, had called me into the living room to speak with her. She informed me that she had gotten me two tickets to Bonnaroo which I thought was strange since I had no intention to go to Bonnaroo this year or ever again. Though I was confused, I smiled and immediately called my best friend and told her she and I were going to Bonnaroo. She agreed and we both began packing. She wasn't with me but I still felt like she was as a spoke to her even after hanging up the phone. I packed up all my things and put them into a Volkswagen Volkswagen type II bus which I'm supposing was mine even though I've never owned on in my life.
I get in the bus and it immediately starts raining and I gain a sense of calm as my best friend appears in the passenger seat beside me. She's holding a large back pack and we head on our way. The ride is long and I can't see the road ahead of me but I know where I'm going, nevertheless. When we finally reach Bonnaroo, the security check our bags and let us through. My friend and I park and our tent is instantly set up. I tell her to keep in mind that our shoes should stay outside the tent so we don't track mud. She says something along the lines of, "Thanks, Mom." and enters the tent. We're parked right in front of one of the small stages and our friends' band starts type. We smiled and unzipped the window, not expecting such a small band to make it to Bonnaroo but we were proud of them. When the band finished, and as my best friend began rummaging through her clothes for something to wear, I noticed the eyes in the crowd turn to us. I get a shiver down my spine and zip up the window. I looked at my best friend, listening for sounds when none came. It was too silent for there to be so many people around us. Suddenly, my best friend and I hear chanting right outside our tent. The chanting sounded ominous as hands began to smear what I first thought was mud all over our tent. My friend looked at me with terror in her eyes and said, "That's blood!"
As soon as the words escaped her mouth and before I had any time to react, our tent began shaking.
I woke up.
