My glass roof.

I find myself up in a loft area near the roof of a large dream property which belongs to me. I am aware that a large group of women who are or were connected to me somehow have been doing some renovation work to my house in my absence which involved installing a new roof. I’m not at all happy about this and decide to change it. The women aren’t in the house and seem to have moved on a while ago.

The roof the large group of women have built and installed is actually very regular and normal in appearance and built to a good standard but I have decided that I would like my entire roof made of glass instead of traditional materials. I take an electric drill and put it in reverse I then go around the entire roof removing all of the screws from the wood and begin dismantling the beams.

The work is quite quick and satisfying I soon have my new glass roof fitted which is actually very practical in the sense that it seems to offer all of the advantages of a traditional roof as well as one or two extra ones such as letting more light in.

After I have finished making the necessary alterations I head off downstairs and leave through the front door where I find a very elegant horse drawn carriage awaiting me. The carriage is glossy and black with only two wheels one either side and seats for only two persons, one horse stands patient and proud dressed in full tackle including blinkers.

A male is already sat in the carriage and appears to have been waiting for me whilst I fitted the new glass roof, this man is unrecognisable to me but seems like a friend. I climb up into the carriage and take the reigns I feel very much in control of the situation and gee the horse up so that we can pull away, the male friend sits quietly to my left almost obediently as if he were there to assist me like a servant.

Additional Comments:

In another dream from this night I was playing a colourful brightly lit pinball game, it was very hard but I enjoyed it a lot (I used to have quite a few pinball dreams and this is the first one in quite a while).

    The grey train.

I am a passenger travelling in an empty train carriage, the interior of the train is extremely bland and dull, it has been painted in dreary grey colour, there is little in the way of detail or furnishings in the train carriage.

I think to myself that the inside of this carriage is really sad and uninteresting and that the person who designed it really couldn’t have cared or put the best of their efforts into what they were doing, I feel as if I want to speak to that person and tell them that they did a sorry job.

Near the front of the train looking out of the drivers window I see that there is an old battered open top freight wagon on the tracks in front of the train, as the train travels along it intermittently bashes into the wagon knocking it along the track.

I note that the old wagon doesn’t seem to be impeding the train in its progress though.

    Additional Comments:

This dream probably reflects how I feel about certain paths (work perhaps?) I am travelling along at the moment.
