I was at work, but I was stood outside. It was night time, and I was in a strange concrete area which had loads of little man-made lakes and fountains. My ex-boyfriend, Rich, approached me. He was wearing an ankle-length skirt in a sheer, patterned material, though I didn't think this was odd. He had come to tell me that he had been fired. His new girlfriend was there, but she looked like my best friend. I gave Rich a hug, and the new girlfriend joined in so we were in a group hug. I welcomed her in, and made sure she knew I was hugging her back.
Later on, it was early morning, and I had been allowed to go into work late because I had a dentists appointment. I had been to my appointment, and had gone to visit my friend Shaun on the way back to work. He was living with a girlfriend who was only about 18. We were sneaking around behind the girl's back, as though we were having an affair, but we weren't doing anything wrong. I kept saying I was going to have to go to work, as it was now 10am, but Shaun kept stopping me. He started playing Guitar Hero on the bed, and I was watching him. It felt really illicit, like we were doing something we shouldn't. I phoned my boss and told her I'd had some work done at the dentist, and was in pain, so I was going to be another hour or so. The phone went dead, so I texted her to ask if we'd been disconnected or if she'd hung up on me, but she didn't answer.
Additional Comments:
Weirdly, after dreaming Rich was fired, he was absent from work the following day.
