I did remember this dream really vividly, but I fell asleep again, so I'm trying to remember the patches
of it - so here goes:
I was in America on holiday, and I'd been shopping in a huge mall. A man came up to me and asked
me to go for a drink with him, but I said no because he was strange. He was really tall and skinny, and
was wearing a red tracksuit. His eyes were strange and really heavily lidded.
I left the shopping mall and decided to go to the zoo. While I was walking round, I saw the man again,
but this time he was dressed in jeans and a Metallica tshirt, and had a bandana on. I pretended I hadn't
seen him. I can't remember what happened next, but I ended up shut in a room Sawyer from Lost (Josh Holloway), who I knew was my friend, and a dwarf man. The room was long and curved, and
carved into rock, like we were inside a hill. There was a bench carved into one wall so we could sit
down. The door was open at each end, but for some reason we couldn't leave.
Suddenly, a huge snake came in. It looked like a python, but it was red and black. It attacked Sawyer,
wrapping round him and biting him repeatedly. The dwarf guy ran away. I pulled out my phone and
called an ambulance, and told them my friend had been bitten by a snake. As I looked, the snake
appeared to have gone, and Sawyer got up and hobbled towards me. Just as he thought he was safe,
the snake launched from somewhere, wrapped round his torso, and bit the back of his neck, killing him.
I screamed, and jumped on the bench. Somehow, I knew the dwarf had arranged for this to happen,
and as I realised that, he ran back into the room. His eyes had gone completely white, and he was
snarling and foaming at the mouth. As he ran, he was making a growling noise. I stayed perfectly still
on the bench, because I thought he wouldn't see me, and he did run right past me, then came back in
the other direction. I realised that he would see me and be able to reach me the next time he came
through, so I ran through the nearest door.
I ran back to the shopping mall, and thought I'd escaped. I got on an escalator to go down to the next
level, and I saw the dwarf and the guy who'd asked me for a drink waiting for me. I couldn't turn
round, because there were people behind me. I realised that the two of them had been working
together. I had a sort of flashback, of the dwarf telling the man that he'd never get anywhere dressed
in the red tracksuit, and gave him the new clothes. I woke up before I reached the bottom of the
escalator.
Additional Comments:
This was so odd, and it was really scary! The dwarf was really tiny, he looked slightly like Verne Troyer (sic - Mini Me). I don't know where the snake came from, or why the guy from Lost was there - I haven't watched Lost in about a month. I also don't know why it took place in America, or how I realised that was where I was. EDIT: Oh my god, I just found this photograph and it's almost identical to the room where I was trapped in this dream. I saw it and immediately was reminded of this dream, which I had nearly 3 months ago. http://www.opacity.us/image3148_basement_room.htm
