I was talking to my friend Joe and his girlfriend. I don't know what we were talking about, but I do
remember that Joe wasn't saying much at all, and his girlfriend never spoke, she just stood there
smiling. I went home and went to let my cat in. He looked like he'd been in a fight, because his tail was
fluffed up, and the fur on his back was standing up. I realised that he was much bigger than he
normally was - he was now about the size of a labrador, but slightly shorter. The phone rang, and when
I picked it up it was my friend Callum. He told me that Joe and his girlfriend had split up, and that Joe
wanted to go out with me instead. I drove into town to meet them, and met up with Joe by the river.
Again, I remember chatting to him, but I don't remember what was said, but I know that I was doing all
the talking and he never said anything. I seem to remember there was something said about us going
on holiday, and that we were really excited about going.
I went to meet the rest of my friends in town. By this time, Joe had left and it had gotten dark. Callum
said that we were all going for a night out, but that nobody had anywhere to stay. He asked if they
could all stay at my flat. We walked to my flat to see if we could sort out somewhere for everyone to
sleep. My friend Ceilidh said that there would be 9 of them in total. The flat was really run down and
dirty, and looked like it had a damp problem. There were two double bedrooms, one of which was
mine, one was a guest room, and one single guest room. The two guest rooms were literally just big
enough for the beds, so we worked out that three people would be sorted to stay in them, and one
person would share with me. I said one person could sleep on the sofa, and at a push, we could fit
three more people on the living room floor. We didn't know where to put the other person - we
considered letting them sleep in the bath, then wondered if there would be room for them to sleep on
my bedroom floor. I was really annoyed that we'd found as much space as we had, I didn't want
everyone to stay over, and was hoping to get away with just putting up 3 or 4 of them. Callum, Ceilidh
and I went down some stairs towards the back of the flat, and ended up in a common room, where lots
of old people were sitting. There was a nurse handing out tea, and she asked us if we'd like any.
Instead of going into town with my friends, I drove back to see my mother. It was day by this time, and
my mum and step-dad got in the car with me. We drove just outside our street, and noticed that there
was a play park on a patch of grass, which didn't used to be there. It was really run-down, and looked
like it was in the process of being demolished. The little girl who lives next door to me, Paige, was
playing in the park. My mum leant out the window to talk to her. Suddenly a caravan pulled up next to
us. My mum looked at me and said "That's the Muslim caravan". I had no idea what she was talking
about.
Additional Comments:
I don't actually live in a flat, I live in a normal house with my family - I think the flat and the play park
was run down and dirty because I'd been looking at an Urban Exploration website that day, which had
pictures of run down houses and a broken play park.
Joe is due to move to Canada at some point with his girlfriend, and we won't get to see him anymore -
his recent birthday reminded me of that, and I think his appearance in the dream has something to do
with that, particularly as we were discussing going on holiday.

The beginning of this dream is pretty vague - there were two criminals, a man and a woman. I'd done
something to try and stop them, to try to foil their plans. They were in a big warehouse. When they
realised what had happened, they ran outside, then they stole my car to use as a getaway vehicle.
I was absolutely beside myself that they'd taken my car. We caught up with thm at another warehouse,
which was near a children's play park. I kept seeing my car, but when I ran up to it, it was just a
similar car in the same colour. This happened a few times. Eventually, I saw my real car, and I ran
over to it. The windscreen and all the windows had been shattered, but were still on the car. They'd
gone to that diamond-like pattern that broken car windows do. The car could have been driven, but you
wouldn't be able to see. When I found the car, I was with my friend, Callum, my parents, and my nan.
The male criminal threw a grenade at us. It landed right by my feet, and I tried to kick it away, but it
rolled back to me. This happened a second time. On the third kick, it went about a metre away from my
car. I turned my back on it and we heard a huge bang. When we looked back, the bonnet of my car
was on fire. My nan and I started blowing on the fire to try to put it out, but then it started raining, and
the fire went out by itself.
I realised I couldn't drive the car, so I stole my friend Ceilidh's car, which was parked next to mine.
Callum got in the car with me, and my parents and nan got into my car. We had to drive through the
play park to get out. Calllum said "wow, thirteen skips". I thought he meant skipping ropes, but when I
looked round, it was a row of swings. Each swing had an identical little girl in it, and was moving in
exact time with all the other swings. We drove along a dirt track in the park, which was really bumpy.
There were kids everywhere, and I knew I had to be careful, but the car was going really fast.
Eventually, we came to a big house, where I knew the criminals were hiding. I went round the back. I
could hear someone in the alleyway next to the garden, but I didn't open the gate to look, because I
knew if it was one of the criminals, they'd know I was there.
I went into the kitchen, and there was a woman telling me she couldn't find her pets. She's read that it
you picked the right names, and just called, a prehistoric version of a cat, dog, or budgie would appear.
There were three different kinds of each. She had all the budgies, which she showed me, then she got a
magazine to show me the cats, which she'd had before, but now couldn't find. She walked off and left
me with the magazine. It showed you what you needed to call, and what answer to get, in order to get
these pets. There was a picture of an enormous dinosaur, with loads of arms sticking out of it's side,
eating a tree, under the caption "Why not get one for Daddy too?". At the bottom of the page was a
picture of what looked like a huge boulder, with a head and legs. It was under the sea, and there was a
tiny boat floating above it to show how big it was. It said that if you called a specific word, and got no
answer, you would get the Kraken.

I was in a park with my boyfriend, Gareth. I wanted to go over to a big cage, which had a large crowd of people round it, because I thought Alan Rickman was inside it (go figure!). When I got to the cage, there was a tiger in it, but it had a weird snout, like a fox. It jumped down a hole in the bottom of the cage, and started running along an underground passageway. A pink and yellow, open topped jeep (like the ones in "Jurassic Park") appeared in the mouth of the hole. Sean Connery appeared and held out his hand to me, to help me into the jeep. Then he climbed in, and we started chasing the tiger.
Additional Comments:
This is an older dream I had, which I wrote down in my own dream journal, which I used to keep daily, but gave up on. I remember all the dreams really well when I re-read them, so I'm adding them here to see if there are any themes which I still have in my dreams today.
