I was in my kitchen, and I needed to get a drink of water. I went over to the sink and opened the
cupboard next to it where the glasses are kept. I picked up one glass without really looking at it, and
just as I was about to fill it, I noticed that it was dirty. I was disgusted and put the glass to one side. I
opened the cupboard again and looked inside. All of the glasses were filthy, and some of them had ice
cubes wedged in the bottom of them. It was obvious that they had been cleaned on the outside only,
and that the insides hadn't been wiped. My stepdad normally does the washing up, so I called my
mother and complained that it was disgusting in the kitchen, and that the glasses hadn't been washed,
and that if I'd happened to come here later when the ice cubes had melted then I wouldn't have noticed
how dirty the glasses were, and could have drunk from one. She looked bored, like it was no big thing
if I drank from a dirty glass, then she said she'd speak to my stepdad about it.
Additional Comments:
I have slight OCD related to my Tourette's, and one of the things that I'm obsessive over is drinking
glasses. They have to be totally spotless, and if they have any marks on them from the washing up
liquid or the dishwasher, they need to be scrubbed again - I think this dream probably just relates to
that rather than having a deeper meaning.

It had been snowing, and all the roads had turned to ice. There were no cars on the roads, as everyone
was using the roads to sledge on. There's a long stretch of road near my house, which leads to a large
roundabout. The second exit on the roundabout leads to a turning to a huge supermarket, and this
stretch of road right up to the supermarket was being used as a sledge racing track. You had to start at
one end of the road, manage to get round the roundabout, then get to the supermarket turnoff. The
roundabout worked the same way as it would in a car - you had to stop if there was something coming
round it, so it was a really difficult course. The speed which you completed the course in, together with
the speed you actually went over the finish line were combined to give you a score out of 5, with 1
being the highest and 5 being the lowest. I was about to have my first try on the course. My friends had
all been sledging on it for hours, and were having loads of fun. We saw Lucy from the Peanuts cartoon
walk past with a sledge, and all my friends told me she was a brilliant skater, and always got scores of
2. About half of the anonymous sledgers I could see looked identical to her.
I'd got a yellow plastic sled from somewhere. It was really un-streamlined, and I knew I wouldn't be
able to get a very high speed on it. I had a go on the course, and had to slow down at the roundabout,
so I only got a score of 3. This was still pretty good for a beginner, so I had another try, and this time I
scored a 1. I ran the course dozens of times, and got 1s every time, so all my friends were cheering. It
was getting late, so I decided to start walking home. I still had to carry the sled with me, and I was
eating a cereal bar, which never seemed to get smaller in my mouth, no matter how much I chewed it.
I went into a pub in my town - The Town Mills. I don't know why I went in, because I just wandered
round in there for a while. As I went to leave, I tripped over someone's foot. I looked up and saw a
couple I know, Shaun and Elaine, who were both laying face down sort of draped over a table. They
were facing each other, so they made a triangle shape, with their elbows supporting them on the table,
and their feet stretched out behind them. I looked at their feet, and they were both wearing gold
sequined shoes. I carried on walking towards the door, and tripped over another pair of shoes, this
time a pair of filthy trainers, which were abandoned in the doorway.
I left the Town Mills, and started walking up the main road to my house. The snow and ice had all gone
by now. About halfway up the main road, there was a shop, so I went inside. Inside the shop was a
counter, with a woman working behind it who didn't seem to notice any of the people in her shop.
There was a girl I used to work with, Kirsty, standing in the shop with me, as well as a few other people
I didn't know. Kirsty was showing me some posters on the wall, which labelled her as the winner of the
past few sledging competitions. I knew I'd easily beaten her this year, but I didn't say anything to her,
and I was still impressed. I realised that I still had my sled, and Kirsty told me it needed to be dropped
off at the sled shop, but that would be closed by now. I could picture the shop she was describing, but it
didn't register until much later that it was the same shop we were stood in when she said it.
I carried on walking home, and I eventually got to a large house. It wasn't my house, but I went inside
anyway. Inside were Trinny and Susannah - two presenters who do makeover programmes. They were
trying to do a makeover on the interior of the house, but they didn't want the homeowner to know.
They seemed to be angry with whoever owned the house for some reason.

I was at home getting ready for work, when I realised that it was later than I thought, and I was going
to be late. I started rushing, and managed to get out of the door with just enough time to get to work. I
ran over to my car, but it was covered in thick frost, and I knew it would take at least ten minutes to
defrost it. I turned the engine on, to get some heat going round, then I grabbed the ice scraper and
started working on the windscreen. A guy from my office, Rich, turned up and said he'd give me a lift to
work so I wouldn't be late, so I got in his car and we left.
We got to work and went into the office. I sat at my desk, then Rich asked me why my password was
***** and started laughing. I went over to his computer, and he had a database of all my passwords,
and was laughing at them. We went over to the computer room to do the backups. There were loads of
people in there, and there was a huge television screen on the back wall, showing a man with long hair
snorting cocaine. We started taking the backup tapes out of the tape drives, and realised that they were
wrapped in cellophane, so we had to unwrap them. I suddenly realised that I'd left my car with the keys
in the ignition and the engine running. I asked Rich to drive me back so that I could get the keys before
someone stole my car, or before I ran out of petrol. He told me he would drive me back, but we had to
wait until the backups were finished.
We finally left, and as we were walking to the exit, I saw the maintenance guy mopping up something
green. I realised that someone had thrown up, and I immediately felt my legs give way under me (I
have a phobia of vomit - it makes me pass out). There was a fry carton from McDonalds laying on the
floor too, and the maintenance guy pointed at it and said "Next time, believe them when they ask for no
garlic". We had to walk past it, and I realised that there was absolutely loads of it everywhere. My legs
completely gave up, and Rich had to drag me out through the door. I was hanging on to him, trying to
pull myself up and get my legs to work, but they just wouldn't. I was trying to speak, but I just kept
smiling inanely.
Additional Comments:
It was my actual password he was laughing at, not *****.
