My friend Shaun was playing a gig at a local pub with his band, and we'd gone to see him play. The gig was over, and the only people left were Shaun, his girlfriend Elaine, my friends Phil and Michelle, and myself. Shaun was packing up their stuff and we were getting ready to leave. The landlord wanted to close the pub, so he asked us to leave. We all went outside and we had to wait for a taxi or a lift or something. I was sitting on a wall talking to Shaun, and the others were leaning on a different wall a few metres away. I can't remember what Shaun and I were chatting about, but we both kept laughing a lot. I'd been drinking, and I fell off the wall and my dress went up showing my underwear, which for some reason was dayglow pink.

Shaun helped me up and we walked back over to the others. We'd now gone inside somewhere - I'm not sure if it was someone's house or another bar. There were two sofas facing each other, and behind them was a corridor. The walls were painted black, and everything was lit with a UV blacklight. In the corridor, there was a big mural of futurama characters, and loads of lines which looked like a circuitboard. The lines were done in glowing paint, which lit up undet the blacklight. I realised that my clothes and all my friends' clothes were also really bright, and were lit up too. I told Elaine that I liked the lighting effect, but she was unimpressed. A man with curly hair walked past us, and all my friends looked at me because they thought it was my friend Rich, and when I told them it wasn't they were all disappointed.

Phil got up to go to the toilet, and when he came back he was yelling about something, and stormed off. Eventually, he came back and sat with us again. Shaun told us that the car was here and we could leave. Phil and I were going to walk, but Elaine said we could all stay at their house. I walked into the corridor again and had another chat with Shaun. He was now wearing a grey pinstripe suit, and glasses, but it didn't strike me as odd until he walked away. We walked out to the car, and Michelle and Elaine got in the front. Shaun was already in the back, dressed normally again, so I got in the middle and Phil sat the other side of me. I couldn't do my seatbelt up because Shaun was sitting on the plug, so it took us ages to actually get in the car and get sorted.

We finally started driving and I realised that I didn't have any overnight things with me, and I was really worried that they'd all see me the next morning with a hangover and no makeup. Shaun started laughing and said "Remember when you fell off that wall?". I laughed too, but the others apparently didn't remember it. Shaun said it was funny because everyone had seen my underwear, and Elaine looked really annoyed.

    Ditching Phil

This dream was quite vivid at the time, but I woke up suddenly and can't remember many of the details. At the start, I'd gone to Ludgershall (a village where i grew up, a couple of miles from my current home) with my friend Phil, and my colleague Rich. I can't remember what we were doing, but at one point we were buying sweets from the newsagents. Rich and I had to leave - for seperate reasons, but at the same time - because we both had to be somewhere, so we apologised to Phil and left. Phil wasn't happy, because he had wanted to stay out longer.

Later on, I was going to an office party, with lots of people from my work. Rich was there again, and for some reason, so was Phil. The party was taking place in what seemed to be either someone's house or an office builidng I didn't recognise. There was a bar in one room, but there were dozens of other rooms, and a garden, all of which had people in them, just chatting and drinking. Rich and I were sitting in the garden, and Phil came out to chat to us. He told us to come into the bar and get a drink, so we did. We all bought a drink, then sat down. Rich was sitting on a stool in the middle of the floor, I was sitting on the floor next to Rich - I think I was leaning on his leg, and Phil was standing. Phil went for a while, either to go to the bar, or to chat to another friend, so I was chatting to Rich. We were both bored, and we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I felt guilty about leaving Phil, but the place we were going to go to instead (I can't remember where it was) sounded much more interesting, so we quickly finished our drinks and left.

We were sitting on some grass outside (again, I don't remember where we were) when I heard a phone ringing. I realised it was my work mobile phone, so I pulled it out of my bag. It was a brand new flip- phone, much better than my actual work phone. I knew it was Phil calling, because I recognised his number, and because it was displaying a picture of him. In the picture, he was standing in a garden, holding a pint of beer up. I didn't want to answer the phone because I didn't want to explain why we left. I tried to get Rich to answer it, but he wouldn't., and eventually it stopped ringing. I put the phone on the floor between us, and we carried on chatting again. After a couple of minutes, it started ringing again. Rich and I looked at each other, trying to get the other to answer it, but neither of us would. This happened a few times, with us ignoring the phone, until eventually, I answered it. I don't remember exactly what I said, but Phil sounded really upset and disappointed that we'd left without telling him, and I felt guilty.

Later on, I got either a letter or a phone call from my Nan, who had been on holiday and was now on her way back. The dream started focusing on her, but I was still thinking as me. She was sitting in the back of a taxi, and I knew it was going to be a really long journey. She was trying to chat to the taxi driver, but he was being really unsociable and wouldn't say much. She pulled out a piece of paper from her handbag, and started reading a really long poem. When she finished, the driver agreed to talk to her. he started telling her about the business he was planning on opening. My Nan then started to read the second poem on the piece of paper, which was even longer than the first. It was about a baby - I think it was about Jesus or Moses. She said it would take her 3500 minutes to read the poem, which would be about the time they got back to her house. I realised just how long the car journey was, especially considering they were already about halfway there when she started to read the poem.

    Additional Comments:

I don't know why the poem would be about Jesus or Moses, or why I would dream about Christian figures, because I'm not a Christian myself.

Also, I live in England, which is where the dream took place, so there's nowhere we could drive to that would take 3500 minutes, let alone the 7000 minutes of the full dream.

    Stalked By My Mother

I was going on holiday with a huge group of people. Some of them were my friends, most were people people from work, some of whom I didn't actually know. We arrived really late, so everyone went to bed and agreed to meet up the nest morning. In the morning, we all went into what looked like a common room. I opened the curtains, and looked outside. It was snowing really heavily, and there were beautiful mountains really close to where we were staying. Everyone was really excited, because we hadn't realised where we were until now.

It was the evening, and we were all sat in a bar. I was chatting to a girl, who I don't actually know, but who was my best friend in the dream. We had both been drinking, and were laughing. She was sitting on a bar stool, and I was sittong on a table, leaning against a wall with my legs stretched out. Richard Fleeshman (British actor, who's only about 16) walked past, and the girl made some crude comment about being willing to go to jail for him. We carried on chatting and laughing, then I got up. As I walked away from where I'd been sitting, I noticed that my mother was sitting on the floor, behind the girl I'd been chatting to, and she'd been listening to my conversation. I was really angry that she was there, and that she'd been listening to me while I didn't know she was there. I shouted at her, asking her why she'd been spying on me, then I pushed her, with either my hand or my foot - not hard, but more like a nudge to show her I was upset, then I stormed off into the room where we'd first seen the view of the mountains.

I started chatting to another girl about Chinese new year, and I was telling her I was born in the year of the rat. My mother walked into the room, and I ignored her. She walked past us, and someone tripped her up. She did a sort of somersault in the air, then landed on her back. Everyone laughed at her. I felt bad for her, but I didn't help because I was still angry at her. She didn't get up, she just sat on the floor.

    Additional Comments:

My mother seemed a lot younger, almost the same age as me, and she had long hair, which she doesn't have in reality. She gave the impression that she just wanted to join in, and when I woke up, I felt really horrible.
