My friend Rich and I were working in a big wooden building, where we also lived with the other staff. In the attic, there was a big safe where we kept all our computer backup tapes, and this was also the room where the bathroom was, and where we all hung out when we weren't working. Rich and I were playing cards in the room, when the cards on the table started moving by themself. This wasn't the first time weird things had happened, but it was the most obvious. I opened the safe and the tapes were also moving. We realised there was a ghost in the attic - everyone knew it was there, but for some reason I could sense its presence more than others. They all knew it was in the room, but I could tell exactly where it was, and also that it was female, and didn't mean us any harm.

People stopped hanging out in the attic after this, and people were really reluctant to use the bathroom. We tried to work out whether the ghost was there because she had a connection to the room, to one of us, or to a particular drink we'd just started buying and drinking in the attic at about the same time that she'd arrived. Even though I knew she wouldn't hurt me, I was still scared to go to the attic to use the bathroom.

Rich and I left on a trip, and I needed the toilet because I was too scared to go before we left. We stopped at a really posh house and the old lady living there let me go in and use the bathroom. When I came out, Rich was chatting to her in the garden. I went and joined them, and realised that Rich had told her we worked for some kind of insurance company, and that we'd look after a really valuable necklace she had. She agreed and gave us the necklace, and we left.

    So Thirsty...

I'd been out for the night with my friend Shell, and we were waiting to go home. We were standing in the high street and there were loads of people about because the clubs had all just closed. I was really really thirsty. We saw a stall which sold drinks, so I went and bought a glass of water. I drank it straight away, but it didn't help. I kept buying more and more drinks, but I couldn't stop the thirst. Eventually, the lady working on the stall turned round to get more from the stock room, and I leant over and filled my glass up at the sink. I did this three times, but I still didn't feel any less thirsty. Shell and I decided to walk home. We were walking up a hill, and the shrubs on the side of the path were overgrown and we had to push through them.

When I got home, my mum kept asking me if I'd broken a musical Christmas ornament. I kept saying no, but she didn't believe me. I asked my stepdad if I could borrow his Tomtom unit because I needed to find a pub later on and I hadn't been there before. He made me walk outside and down the street before he would show me how to use it. I was wearing my pyjamas. Suddenly, a parade came through the street. Leading the parade was a brass band, and everyone playing instruments was black - I knew they were all my friends. The man leading the band was really attractive, and he looked really proud to lead them. My stepdad knew him from college, and he shouted out "hey, Christmas head!" and waved. The man pretended not to know him.

    Additional Comments:

I think I dreamt I was thristy because I'd been drinking the night before, and I was dehydrated.

I'd gone for a night out with my friend Shell, and we were in a local pub - The George. It was late, and we'd been drinking a lot, so we were both drunk, but I was more drunk than Shell. We were with our friend Paul, and some of his friends. We'd invited Shell's brother Phil, but he hadn't turned up. It was getting later, and I was feeling a bit worse for wear, so I decided to buy a soft drink. I went to the bar and asked for a carton of Capri Sun. Suddenly, all the lights went off and everyone sheered. I asked Shell what was going on, and she told me that ordering a Capri Sun was actually a code meaning I wanted a really special cocktail - the best cocktail ever invented. The people behind the bar started making this special cocktail - it contained Capri Sun and a whole bottle of whiskey, and loads of other ingredients, including a spoonful of something flaming which set the mixture on fire. When it was finished, it was a whitish-purple milky liquid, which was glowing under the UV lights. There was a whole pitcher of the stuff, so I poured two shots for two guys who were sitting near me. They showed me how best to drink it - there was some ritual involving drinking it from one side of your mouth, but I can't remember it. Someone poured me a large glass, which I drank. It tasted nice, but was nothing special, but then about 5 minutes later, my whole body started tingling and it felt really good, and I knew it was from the cocktail.

I went to sit down, and we noticed that it was getting light outside. I'd been expecting a text message from my friend Shaun, but I had no signal, so I walked over to a different area of the bar to try and pick up any missed messages. As soon as I got to an area with a signal, my phone started beeping, and I had 29 missed messages. I thought they were all from Shaun, but when I looked at them, only two were, and I was really disappointed. Lots of them were from my friends Ami and Sinead, both of whom I haven't seen in ages. I went back to sit down, and it was now completely light outside. I realised it was the next day, and was now Phil's birthday. He suddenly turned up, and Shell got angry, saying he only wanted to come out with us now because it was his birthday and he wanted us to buy him drinks. She was really stroppy, so we left. I got in the car to drive home - I was feeling totally sober again - when my phone started ringing. I couldn't find it in my handbag, and by the time I got to it, it had stopped ringing. Shell said maybe it was work calling, and I was supposed to be there, but I told her I'd booked a week off so it couldn't be. I looked at the missed call list and saw the call was from Mai, who I knew was actually Hye- jeong Kang's code name (a Korean actress). I'd only met her once when we'd worked together on something secret, so I knew if she was calling it must be about something urgent, but I couldn't call her back while Shell was in the car.

    Hye-Jeong Kang:

    Additional Comments:

I was in the George last night before I had this dream, and was with the same people. I really didn't have a signal on my phone, so I think that's where a lot of the dream's elements come from.
