It was night and I was stuck in some strange town with nobody I knew. I'd been sent to a hotel which
looked after children who needed somewhere to stay while their parents were away. I was the only one
of the visitors who was an adult. In the foyer there were racks and racks of silk evening dresses and
ballgowns, in all different colours. I was looking through them when I saw two girls hiding behind one.
They were both about 12. One had blonde hair, and one had brown, and the brown haired girl was
crying. Both were rummaging through their bags. I said hi to them, then I left.
A while later the lady who ran the hotel called me over, and showed me the brown-haired girl's bag.
She told me they couldn't find the girl, so we both looked through her bag for any clues, but we couldn't
find any. I told her that she was crying before, and the lady told me that the blonde haired girl had
been bullying her. We went upstairs into a living room where the blonde girl was sitting. The lady left
me with her and told her I was her cousin. I was supposed to try and get information out of her, while
the woman searched the upstairs rooms. I knew the girl was scared of me because I was older than
her. I took out some paper I'd found in the other girl's bag, and noticed they had mazes and
crosswords and things on them. I started doing a maze involving jungles and animals.
I don't think we ever found the girl, so I eventually went to bed. The next morning I bumped into an old
friend from school, Sam. I drove to her house, then we went out for the day and I walked back to the
hotel. Sam said she'd send her dad to pick me up so I could go and get my car back. When he arrived,
he wsn't her actual dad - he was only about my age, and he had long blonde hair. Her little sister was in
the back, and she was the same age she was when Sam and I were at school. She kept making noises
which made me jump. Her dad dropped me off near the car park, and he was surprised I could drive,
because Sam couldn't. I said thank you and got out of the car.
I started to walk towards my car, and realised there were loads of people there. I saw my friend Kelly
crossing the road and wondered what she was doing there. There were people arguing, fighting,
hugging, and some people were laying face down on the floor.

I dreamt that I woke up to find that Mark from my office was working on my computer. He was trying
to shut it down, but it wouldn't work, and he was getting really stressed, and was swearing at it. I got
out of bed and told him not to worry about it, I'd shut it down. I told him to go and calm down. He left
the room, and I sat down and shut down the computer. I thought it was time to get up, but when i
looked at the clock, I realised it was about 4:30am. I thought that it was too early to get up, so I was
going to go back to bed, but I needed the toilet first. I walked into the bathroom, and Mark was in
there - standing next to the toilet, looking out of the window. I sat down and used the toilet, even
though he was stood right there, and we were talking about something the whole time. I left the
bathroom, got dressed, and went downstairs.
I remembered that I had an acupuncture appointment soon. I was talking to someone, possibly my
mother, about the acupuncture. I don't remember the entire conversation, but I do remember making a
comment about not thinking I'd be able to face acupuncture after watching "Audition", but realising that
it wasn't that bad. I went to my appointment at a clinic, which was run by two women. One was tall and
thin, with blonde hair, the other was shorter and plumper, with black hair. The women told me to put
my face on the stand and it would all be done automatically, then they walked away. I looked at the
stand they'r pointed to. It was just a plate of metal, which needles came out of at predetermined times.
In the centre was something which looked like a camera lens. I assumed this would be the eye hole, so
I lined my eye up with it. A few needles came out near my right cheek, but they didn't touch me, and I
realised I wasn't close enough to the machine. I moved closer, and the needles started coming out
again, into my right cheek. It didn't really hurt, it was an odd sensation. On needle came out and went
straight through my eyelid into my eye, but that also didn't hurt. I suddenly realised that what I'd taken
to be an eye hole was actually a chin rest. I moved, and leant my chin on the rest, and some more
needles came out into my chin.
The women came back after a while and told me my treatment was finished. They told me they'd set up
a clothes shop, and wanted to show me it. They walked me out of the clinic, each with an arm round
me. On the way out, we walked past a woman in reception, who had red spikey hair. She shouted
something about the women making her husband think she was having an affair because she'd been
waiting so long. The black-haired woman got really angry, and turned round to confront her. The blonde
woman carried on escorting me out, saying "Oh, she's really done it now". As we left, I could hear the
black-haired and the red-haired women fighting. Eventually, the black-haired woman rejoined us, and
they took me to their shop. The shop stocked gorgeous evening dresses, and was huge. The women
took me to one section, where there was a hideous pink dress. It was pink, and the skirt and the top
parts were both ouffy net-like material, but the middle section was made from some shiney pink
metallic-looking material, and the dress looked like an 80s throwback. One of the women told me the
dress was part of their plus-sized range, and I thought that it was awful that they'd made gorgeous
dresses for the thin women, and hideous things like this for the bigger women. Suddenly, a boy I went
to school with, named James, walked into the shop. He saw a woman that he apparently fancied, and
started doing a really bizarre walk, like he was trying to look sexy. One of the women with me pointed
out that his walk looked stupid, and reminded her of another boy I went to school with, Morgan. She
then shouted out really loud "Hey look, he's doing a Morgan!". Everyone turned and looked at him, and
he looked really embarassed.
Additional Comments:
I think Mark was in the dream because he was pretty much the only person I spoke to yesterday.
This is the second dream this week in which I've dreamt about the shiney 80s-style material, and dodgy
80s dresses. I think maybe it's a subconscious dig at my fashion sense!
The two women were similar to Trinny and Susannah from "What Not To Wear", but I don't think it was
them.
I haven't seen James in years, but I see Morgan regularly, because I work with him.
