This whole dream centred around the women from Sex And The City - they were all there as their characters instead of as the actresses. For most of the dream I was seeing things as though I was Carrie. At the beginning, Miranda, Charlotte and I were all heavily pregnant, and we all went into labour at the same time. Samantha took us to a maternity hospital, where we each had to give birth in a tiny room like a toilet cubicle. Giving birth didn't actually hurt that much, and didn't take long at all. I had my baby first, a little boy. Charlotte was next, and she had a girl, then Miranda had a girl. I was slightly resentful that I got a boy and they both got girls.

We all went back to the apartment we shared, and Samantha was moaning because she didn't want to live in a house with three babies. It occured to me that it had been more than 24 hours since I had my baby, and I hadn't changed his nappy yet. I went to do it, but instead of changing his nappy, I started changing one that my cat was wearing for some reason.

After this, Miranda and I went for a walk in the park. I could hear some sort of voiceover in my head explaining to me that now Miranda had given birth, she felt really powerful and confident, and that made her seem more beautiful to the opposite sex. Two men walked past us, and started whistling at her, and she was really happy.

Later on, we went back to the apartment and were all getting ready to go out. I needed the toilet before we left, so I went into the bathroom, and the others were waiting outside the door for me. I was sitting on the toilet when suddenly the room started to shake. I called to the others and asked if there was an earthquake, and they told me that it had either been a train crash, or the lift in the apartment block had broken and fallen down through loads of floors.

The dream jumped to a few weeks later, and Charlotte and Miranda had moved out of the apartment. Charlotte had opened her own clothing store, and Samantha and I went to visit it and do some shopping. When we arrived, Charlotte was wearing an orange prison jumpsuit for some reason. She showed us to a rack of clothes, and I found a few dresses I wanted to try on. Samantha found one she wanted, and asked if she could try it on, but Charlotte said no. Samantha asked why, and Charlotte said that she'd designed the dresses for people like me, and she didn't really want people like Samantha to be seen wearing them. Samantha was upset and stormed out, so I put down the dresses and ran after her. I couldn't find Samantha, so I went back to the shop, but when I got back it had turned into a newsagent. The owner ran regular wrestling matches, where the two competitors each got given a packet of crisps to use as weapons. Two men in the shop were arguing and agreed to fight it out in a proper match, and asked me to get the crisps. I thought I grabbed two bags of Walkers crisps, but when I took them back, I realised that one bag was actually 10p chipsticks, and I knew that the man I'd given them to would loise because of them. i asked if I could swap them for the packet I meant to bring, but I wasn't allowed.

Additional Comments:

Our apartment was really run down, and seemed to be made mostly of rusted metal. All the scenes inside the apartment were set at night, but all the other scenes were set in the daytime.

I was a really close friend of John Lennon, and had been for years - we were really close and he confided loads of stuff in me. I was known by the newspapers, who kept writing stories speculating where we'd met and why we were so close. I had some kind of foresight about it too, because I knew how huge he would be after his death, and knew that people would value the insight into his life that I had.

He'd painted some pictures which were going on display in a gallery in town. Yoko Ono and I arrived together to meet him, and she was carrying a baby with her. We met up with him, but he looked really upset. He suddenly burst out into a rage, saying that his art was terrible, and he shouldn't be allowed to pass on his genes, then he stormed out. Yoko Ono and I ran after him, but I knew he would only speak to me and not her. All the while I was trying to get his attention, I kept thinking about how amazing it was that he was my friend.

Additional Comments:

This was weird - I don't have any particular strong feelings towards John Lennon, if anything I think he's over-rated. I didn't see anything connected to him or Yoko Ono in the day that I remember, so I have no idea why they were in my dream. I knew that i was also friends with Yoko, but I felt slightly sorry for her because I knew he'd confide more in me than in her.

You Didn't Tell Me About The Baby!

I was at the bus station in town, and I had a baby with me. The baby was mine, but I didn't have a pram or any equipment, just the baby in a blanket. I said goodbye to some friends near the taxi rank, and walked towards the area where the buses arrived. It was getting dark, and the whole place was deserted and quiet, except for one bus parked in a bay.

I went to get on the bus and I was really pleased when I saw that the driver was my friend Shaun - I didn't have any money and I thought he'd help me out because he was my friend. I started to get on the bus, but Shaun told me to stop. He told me I couldn't get on the bus with the baby. I was shocked, and asked why, and said that loads of women took their babies on the bus, and I pointed out that I had no other way to get home. He looked annoyed, and said "It's not the fact that you have a baby, it's that you never told me about her". Then he closed the door and reversed away. I was left on my own, in the dark deserted bus station, and it had started to rain.

    Additional Comments:

This was really weird - although the situation should have been stressful, the whole tone of the dream was really calm, like everything was okay because I had the baby, even though I was failing her by getting us stranded in the rain at night.
