For part of the dream, I was with my parents on their property. My father and I had set up our camping tents by the side of the driveway. Mom had joined us later on during the day to set her tent up as well. We looked like hobo's camping out under the manzanita trees. There was something that had to do with the waterfall as well, but I can't remember what we were doing down there.

Later during the dream, I was over the hill by the spring with a guy (my ex-lover, I suppose, who didn't resemble anyone I know in waking life). It took a lot longer to trek to the spring in my dream than it does in real life, and he and I had actually led a group of people there to camp out. We arrived far ahead of everyone else and began to set up our camp. There was a wooden structure that had been built, with a platform up in the air, and I believe a slide on one side so that people could get down in a hurry (very adultish, I know).

I began to help people unpack their gear to make camp, and I found an unattended bag that I began to riffle through. My ex-lover walked by as I pulled open the pulls from what appeared to be a sleeping bag, only to discover underwear in it. I pretended not to see it and fumbled around with the strap that opened it while asking him if he knew who this bag belonged to. It turns out that it was his. I put it away non-chalantly, digging deeper in the bag for his real sleeping gear.

At one point before the people arrived while we were still scouting out the area we began to discuss our relationship to one another; I think we may have even almost kissed, but that's when the people in our group arrived.

I woke up from that dream and fell asleep to another. I was at the airport with my father and a bunch of other people. We were pilfering around doing God knows what when we noticed that there was a new plane in the hangar. It was Steve Larsen's I believe. Turns out it was almost done being restored... but this plane was not your average airplane. It had a bus on it for the cabin, and bright yellow wings. When we noticed it, the finishing touches were being made, and Steve asked my dad to be the first to fly it.

We all went out to the tarmac and watched my dad get into the plane and taxi it out from the main hangar. When it got about 50 feet away from the hangar, a huge gust of wind shortened its takeoff to about 10 feet, and the plane was whisked up into the air. It was crazy how acrobatic the plane was in the air (and it looked dangerously out of control!). I knew my dad was an amazing pilot, and that if anyone could tame this beast, it was him.

When he landed the plane and got out, he was exhilerated. That's the end of the second dream.
