I don't remember a lot from this dream, but an item that stood out had a lot to do with paint. The first incident where it showed up was in a department store. It would seem I was looking for a good book to read. I stumbled across the new Harry Potter book (which hasn't been published yet in real life) and I was very excited, thinking to myself..."well it's about time!" and I picked it up to buy, and I went looking for some other books to buy. I remember finding a few others that I also meant to buy, but in the store I am also looking for something to wear. No one seems to notice but I am in just my underwear, and it's very embarrassing. But even I get distrated from my situation when I notice this girl walking arm in arm with her boy friend and she seems to have all these pale yellow spots all over her shirt. About this time I was outside of the store (I don't remember having the books anymore or having paid for them) and on closer examination I see that she's been splattered with paint. There is even paint on her skin, and I saw her brushing some paint that had dried and peel off of her skin on the end of her nose. She made a comment about the painters being very careless. I was glad to learn she didn't have some sort of horrible skin cancer or something. Later on I am back at the place I live (not the real place I live, but where I live in my dream). It was a crowded place, and I shared it with several people. The door is what catches my attention. It is very thick, but not because the wood is thick, it is just thick from having been painted and repainted many times. It had to have had a few thousand coats of paint. The door was pitted and really bad looking. It still functioned fine as a door, but it was too much paint. In some places some people had peeled some peices of the many layed paint off the door, so it was also pitted in many places, and near along the top of the door it had been peeled all the way down to the original wood. I don't remember anything else right now.

I didn't write down any notes this morning like I should have. I was soooo sleepy, and I already hit the snooze button once, so I couldn't spare the time, anyway, here is what I remember. I was walking down a really high flight of wooden stairs that were situated outdoors. It connected with a porch high above the ground. I had gone up the stairs once already and then was coming down. I met some people along the way. On the ground I could see some animals, including a tiger. One person who had already made it to the ground was very close to the tiger. I told them to be very careful. I know the tiger, and I know it won't hurt me, but I am not so sure about the tiger not hurting someone else. I forget what other animals were around, but all of them got along, no animals were fighting. The outdoors were pretty drab looking. There was no grass, and the trees were those very high and skinny ones with no leaves.

I dreamt that I was walking up to my old bus stop. For some reason I still have dreams of going there, even though the last time I did that it was 1986 or even before that. Anyway, way too long ago to still be dreaming about it. Anyway, I was walking to my bus stop, where I used to wait for the school bus. In my dream, I was not a little kid again, I was the usual me, and these kids there were playing a game with a bat and a ball. The kid who hit the ball with the bat hit it so it went way into the air and then came down very hard on the top of my foot. He didn't mean to do that, but I got hurt. It took me a while to really notice how severely my foot was damaged. It looked like it had been folded at the side, and it hurt to walk on it. I don't remember anything else. I am going to have to keep a note book next to my bed and scrawl some notes after I wake up. I am not remembering most of my dreams lately.
