Creepy Doll Room

ALl I remember is going into an unfamiliar house. One room had no door to it, but there was an open sort of window to it. That room is pretty cluttered and neglected looking. I see propped in a little children's chair a ghastly life size doll. It's eye are very large, and it's mouth is hanging open, with painted in teeth. It stares lifelessly at one wall. I see the doll actually moving. At this point I do this sort of mental feat. I know the entitiy is maleovent, but I attempt to trick it. I begin speaking to the horrible thing as if it was a real child. I don't remember what I said to it, but it would seem I did pacify the creature. At some point it comes around to the other side of the wall (I don't know how, it didn't climb through the window), but it doesn't have its head. I assume it had fallen off. I lightly admonish the child-sized monster to go back and get its head. It walks away (I assume to fetch its head). At some point in the same dream (I don't know when it happens) I go into the room (Maybe at one point it does have a door) and I feel two things leap onto my legs, and climb. I look down and see they are two very large mechanical black spiders. I do the same thing with the spiders as I do with the creepy doll monster. I pretend like I am not totally freaking out and calmly reach down and pluck the weird things off.Additional Comments:
I would classify this as a nightmare. For some reason I knew I had to keep my cool, and stay in control, and not let the creatures know I was afraid. If I had, something bad would happen. I checked recurring for the living doll, which sometimes crops up in my dreams.
