I was walking around the Globe-News building before a shift or on a day off. I went to the employee entrance side and walked around to the other building. I had my camera out and was snapping photos of buildings and things I saw.
The sun was setting, so it was getting harder to take pictures. I did not have a tripod with me. I got to Harrison Street and pointed my camera at the skyline. The city's buildings were shifted west about a block. They seemed a little more dense. I tried getting a picture of the Fisk Building, but the shutter didn't fire immediately. I realized I had it on a two-second delay.
The picture was terrible, so I kept walking. A woman was sitting in the dock area with a couple of guys, and she yelled at me. She came out and asked why I took a picture of her. I said I took a picture of the skyscrapers. She didn't believe me. I offered to show her the pictures, but she didn't want to. She yelled at me, and I apologized and walked away. But she followed me around the corner. She kept following me, and I was getting mad. I was going to yell at her or confront her, but she stopped and went back. I could feel a bit of an adrenaline rush.
