A Strange Apocalypse

My dream begins as a sequence of car crashes in which I appear to be present in all of them. All crashes are fatal, but it seems like it’s all been made up in my head because now I’m in a car and driving on the freeway. Suddenly, I’m in an actual car crash, and it’s not in my head because the car flips off the highway and into a ditch where I injure my leg. I’m standing outside my car now, looking at the damage and not believing that I survived the ordeal because the car is really busted up. Suddenly, a disfigured voice calls out and tells me to get back into the car because they will escort me to safety. I’m hesitant at first, I have no idea where this voice is coming from, but it assures me everything will be okay, so I crawl into the back of the car and am soon lifted into the air by an invisible force.

Well, I’m able to look up and outside of my car where I see a UFO escorting me. It’s strange to me, and as we fly over the freeway no one seems to take notice of us. That psychic voice talks to me again and explains to me that we’re invisible to everyone. It also says that if humans ever got a hold of a cloaking device, we’d destroy ourselves. I arrive shortly at the hotel I’m staying at, the UFO disappears and I get out of my car and limp down toward what appears to be a garage. People are there, one of them being my fictional brother in the dream, and instead of being shocked to see me injured, they appear annoyed.

My brother agrees to take me to the hospital, but instead of taking a car, we start to walk toward the city. I’m leaning against him for support, limping all the way and wondering why he wants to cause me more pain. We pass a high rise building that has a spaceship sitting on top of the structure and my brother wants to stop and watch the show. I don’t object and next thing I know, we’re standing with the crowd getting ready to watch the spaceship take off into space. Surprisingly, Obama suddenly appears at the tower and begins to speak before the ship departs into space. And then, it’s off.

I have a camera with me, and I’m able to get some shots of the ship as it leaves, and it leaves fast. It only takes seconds for it to reach space, but as that fire departs, another fiery object falls into the water. At first I think it’s the spaceship, but a sudden gust of heat overwhelms me and I come to the horrific realization that it is some sort of bomb. Now is the time to reveal a secret I’d been keeping hidden; I’m somehow able to withstand and control fire. As the bomb starts to take effect, I grab my brother and we watch as the scene around us starts to deteriorate and burn away. People are blasted into nothingness and we can only stare in horror as everything is destroyed.

We both run into the sea and under a bridge where some people have miraculously survived. Suddenly, a giant humanoid figure made of sand looms over the hillside and stares directly at us with its dead eyes. The creature makes a large circular object and disperses it from his hands and toward our way. Once again, the fire explodes and everything is destroyed. While this is happening, the pain in my leg ceases and I appear to have some sort of healing power. My brother asks me why I didn’t use that power on my leg earlier and I tell him it doesn’t work that way.

Escaping the collapsed bridge, we climb up the rocky cliff and behold the damage. The sky is a tint of orange and buildings are collapsed; it’s like the apocalypse. At the top, the sand figure appears and I’m able to get a better view of it. The face appears familiar, and suddenly I realize that the face on the monster is my brother’s. My brother seems to have discovered this as well, and he’s suddenly running toward the creature and yelling to get its attention. When the monster does look, my brother asks it what it’s doing in a very offensive manner, and it disperses another one of those bombs. But before any damage can be done, I’m able to absorb the fire within and send it directly back to where it came from.

There’s no effect on the creature and, angry, it disappears. Once again, we’re climbing more mountains and somehow we manage to make it to the top of the monster’s head; like it had been camouflaged with the hillside. We figure since we’re right by the things ears maybe we can talk some sense into it, or at least get some answers.

A had a very short dream about a haunted house. Inside, the place was crawling with several spirits, all of which I could see, and there appeared to only be two who caused the most amount of trouble. As they floated around the house moaning, I’d ask them several times to leave and even tried various attempts at getting them to go away, but my mom had ended up becoming possessed by one of the malevolent spirits. I discover that the spirit possessing my mom isn’t fond of feathers, and discovering a Dreamcatcher, she becomes terrified and wails.

I’m able to vanquish the spirit now, and I even use the “Evil Eye” on it as I perform an exorcism. My mother is free, but somehow the spirit has possessed me, and even though I’m still myself, I’m having a hard time keeping the spirit from taking me over completely.

I find myself trapped inside the premises of what appeared to be a large, rundown lot. I'm running around a lot in my dream, it's dark, it's foggy, and around every corner there appears to be zombies coming after me. I remember being with a good amount of people during the beginning of my dream, but the more I came across the zombies and had to fight them off, the less amount of people there were. In my dream I'm portraying a guy, and oddly enough, he's a very close resemblance to that of actor Misha Collins (yes, new obsession here, heh!)

I end up making my way into, what I can only assume, is a brightly lit sewer. On either side is a sidewalk, but in the middle is water that is rushing forward very fast. I  contemplate jumping into the water because it has to be going somewhere and maybe I can make my escape that way, but as I decide to jump, someone comes out from the shadows and tells me that it's not a good idea. Looking at him, I can tell that he is dead; his skin is pale, his eyes dull, he has stitches on his eyebrows, and dried blood on his face, but he is nothing like the zombies I had to attack... is he?

I'm grabbed by my arm suddenly and led down the pathway where he explains that if I jump into the water I'd only kill myself because apparently the water falls down a hatch that has a thousand foot drop. Sure enough, we look into the middle of the pathway and the water falls down a hatch that is very, very steep. Next, I'm being led to the end of this sewer where there appears to be glass windows that leads to the outside world. It's bright outside and there are people walking around. I step up to the windows and peer outside, wishing I could be there.

In the middle of the window display is a waterfall going down the side of the wall, but not very fast. The guy who led me hear tells me that the rushing water will eventually lead to the waterfall outside, but because of people jumping into the water thinking they could escape, their bodies clogged up the flow of water, indicating that the pathway was too narrow.

He then offers me the option of joining them since there is no escape. I don't know what to say; I want to say no, but I'm still in shock with everything I've seen. He asks me my name and I tell him. He asks me my girlfriends name, I tell him. As if he can read my mind, he gets my astrological sign and as if that has a big part in my afterlife, he tells me I'm not going to become one of those braindead zombies, but something better; I'll become like what he is. Then, as if it makes any difference, he tells me my choice of clothes needs to change. I look down and notice I'm wearing a vest and frown. I never noticed that before.

Then they start to talk amongst themselves; somehow more of them show up while he reveals everything to me. I want to escape, but I go along with his plan, staying quiet, not saying much and planning on running when I can, but I don't have that choice. Something pokes me quickly and painfully. Looking at the spot where I'd been poked, I notice my sleeves are rolled up and a needle had injected something into my arm. The bump starts to swell and hematoma and I stare back at the undead guy in horror. He smiles at me and tells me I wont be dead for long. I start to feel really tired...

...Then my dream skips and I'm back outside that dark and abandoned lot. There is a girl there, she looks terrified at something in the dark ahead of her. Suddenly I come out of the shadows with a stoic look on my face and continue forward; I have the pale skin and the dull eyes. Looks like they found my girlfriend and I'm the welcoming committee.
