Walking around in what appears to be the layout of my sister's old house, I step foot inside one of the rooms and see that there is a girl there who is laying upright on a gurney and attached to a bunch of tubes that connect to a set of liquid filled green tubes. I assume that she is injured and leave the room when I hear the assistant inside begin to talk to her. Then I'm in the inside of a bathroom with two girls who stand inside the bathtub, and one standing on the floor while they peer out of the window just above and call for help. It seems as though they are locked in and cannot get out. Suddenly, the room begins to change from a somewhat normal room to a surreal and dark nightmare. The window above the bathtub closes shut and bricks close off the light leaving behind a rusty texture. The girl who'd been on the floor, runs to the door and tries to open it but cannot get out.
Then, the tub begins to fill up with blood and the two girls who were standing in it begin to scream and they are suddenly sucked through the drain one by one as if turned to putty and being grabbed by some invisible hands. The girl on the floor begins to cry and scream for help as the blood in the tub overflows and begins to fill up the small bathroom. She holds onto the counter for dear life as something begins pulling at her, trying to drag her underneath the liquid. Almost submerged in the blood, she feels herself begin to change into a deformed creature and a taunting voice starts saying that they are going to torture her.
With one last scream, she's pulled underneath and just as she cradles against the door begging for someone to open it, the room suddenly changes from the inside of the room to a pair of people looking in from the outside and see that same girl, just seconds prior, in the middle of the bathroom cuddled on the floor unconscious.
