This whole dream is very dark and dreary and very weird. It has a color palatte of browns, reds, bronze, and black. It was all fairly vivid.
It starts at some train tracks in the woods that were never used. There was a girl searching for her brother who had been taken to this other sort of realm, kind of like an alternate evil reality. There were snagging vines everywhere, which came alive and snatched the girl up, dragging her into the woods toward this black stone statue. She just sort of disappeared beneath the decaying detritus-covered ground. The statue was something that had been seen from the normal world, but it was behind some tall hedges then. It kind of seemed like it was a portal or something to this alternate world. The shape of it was somewhat reminiscent of the head of a violin, from the side.
Now I come into the story. I wasn't in the whole first part. That Edward guy from Twilight is looking for me, but he's in a medieval-ish village on a horse. He asked some of the locals if they'd seen or heard anything, but they kind of reacted in a hostile fashion. I never actually met up with him, and that's the only appearance he had in this episode.
Meanwhile, I was in some sort of castle that really reminds me of inside the Citadel in Half-Life 2, except not so futurey and differently colored. So there is this leader guy, perhaps the king, going on and on about how much he lusts after someone. I got tired of hearing it, so I went to the castle library, which was very strange. There were words everywhere that I thought might be related to how to get free from this evil dimension. These words were like, little translucent colored plastic letters stuck onto things, but they stayed there in midair if you moved what they were stuck on. The one word in particular that I remember was SEPTEMBER, and it was colored blue, the only such colored thing in the whole world. It was stuck on the back of a chair, and when I moved the chair, the word stayed there, suspended, until I swiped at it with my hand and the letters slowly flew around like they were in space until they eventually disappeared. This also happened to a statue on a horizontal support beam in the library. It was resting on it one minute, then the beam was gone the next and it was floating in midair. I think it was a statue of two birds facing each other, kind of like those on the top of the Ark in Indiana Jones.
