Potterverse and 'Gate Travel

I'm in some kind of mall, am bored, and so decide to go to Toys'R'Us. See, there's a rumour that there's a special wall in the store that can take you to the 'Potterverse' and I'm going to see if I can find it. Toys'R'Us looks like more of a library for some reason, but behind one of the shelves there are more Famous Witches and Wizards cards than I've ever seen. I go to reach for one, but my attention is caught by a wall that is sliding open much like the entrance to the Slytherin common room. I walk past the sliding wall and it closes behind me. I now appear to be in a strange version of the entrance hall at Hogwarts. I walk up a flight of stairs and random people with Gryffindor badges yell things at me; 'tis when I notice that I'm suddenly wearing a Slytherin badge. I tell everyone to shut up and listen and proceed to tell them that the 'door' to our (apparently, I think I belong there) universe is opening to Muggles and commoners and that we've got to work together to stop them from believing this place really exists. I'm now in a dungeon class room with about twenty other people and we've decided on a plan: we're all going to dress up in 17th century clothes and pretend that this place is some reinactment. Good plan, huh? o.OThe dream suddenly switches, and now I am from the 17th century. Rather, I'm from a world that is currently in that stage of its development. We've come through the Stargate to get help from Earth because evil-evil Goa'ulds are taking over our planet. There are four of us, and we're standing in a line facing the team members of SG-1 in a brightly lit hallway.
Now, it's the same dreamline, only I'm Daniel Jackson instead of Random 17th Century Woman. Anyway, we've decided to help them (because four humans can take on an entire planet overrun by Snakeheads). The Stargate isn't in any special room for whatever reason, but is just down the end of the hall. Jack does some grandstanding in the way he jumps/flips/ponces through the 'gate, and I just smile and shake my head. Ah, Jack... I follow after him anyway. Stepping through the event horizon felt like... prickly water.
On the other side we're immediately in battle, and somehow Jack and I end up between two very large rocks. There's about seven metres in space lengthwise but the width is only maybe one and half metres wide. Anyway, Jack flew into a rage about something one of the Snakeheads said (I think it had something to do with his son) and moved out of the 'safety zone' - he was shot several times. Luckily, the Goa'ulds only had handguns, not staff weapons. We also only had piddily little guns. Jack was laying almost outside of the rocks, and everytime I dragged him back into them, I'd find he had somehow moved out again only minutes later. As I was trying to hold off Goa'ulds from both ends of this slash in the rock, I would repeat in my head what I wanted to shoot. I'd see a hand appear from behind a boulder and I'd shoot blindly thinking, "Hand, hand, hand, hand." Jack wasn't doing much but bleeding, dying, and continuely sliding out of the rocks. Eventually, Sam showed up and took over the shooting so I could tend to poor helpless Jack. He was quiet shot up, and for some reason I (Daniel) kept touching his chest.
Months later, Jack and I are at some ranch out in the country (on Earth, by the way). He wanted to teach me how to ride a horse, but he was having a hard time sitting on anything because he had also been shot in the butt. As Daniel, I found this disappointing and funny.
Additional Comments:
As soon as I woke up, I thought that this had been a recurring dream - well, the part with the shooting and concentrating on what I'm trying hit - and that I had had it several times before. Now that I'm completely awake, however, I can't remember any other dreams similar to this.
