Airplane Crash/Snapping at work/Insulin Shot

We are on an airplane ready for takeoff. As it slowly makes it's way down the runway I realize there is something wrong. The plane makes a turn and then all of a sudden goes into a freefall. Then an impact hits hard breaking off the wheels and a wing or two. I see flames as mass hysteria errupts on the plane and people are pushing and shoving to get off. A side hatch door opens and we jump out to safety. I'm concidering driving home even though I'm so far from home.
I'm having a terrible day at work and then these three kids rip this poster off of a wall in the lobby. I run out into the lobby and lay into them screaming they are gone from the theatre. Later I call Security but the phone isn't working in Box 1 so I bust out and rip the phone out of the wall and slam the reciever down. Thao is there and he can't believe I finally snapped. Later I'm still fuming and in Box 2. I go to call security agian but the timing is all wrong as right when I pick up the phone it rings and it's a customer so I put on the mask and politely ask what showtimes I can help them with. At the same time it's difficult for me to talk because I have some sort of candy airhead or taffy in my mouth.
Later on I still see these kids outside the theatre and I stare them down.
An empty river bed has all these weird blue rocks. The farther you go down the stream the smaller they get until it is just sand. The view I get at this point is from someone that is dying and I don't know how to help. Until I view something on the side of the river bank. It looks to me like insulin shots and I wonder if I'm a diabetic. I shoot up and immediatley feel better. I look to my right and a vehicle drives by advertising disc golf on the side of it.
Additional Comments:
I beleive the airplane crash and the insulin shot had to do with me watching an episode of LOST last night where Boone falls in the plane and Jack attempts a blood transfusion with him later in the episode.
