Lisa's Dreamjournal entry 10/30/09
Dreamt that (Sevenhawks) and I were waking through a park.
A man dressed in a white robe stopped us and handed (Sevenhawks) a bunch of rocks, and asked
"What do you see?"
(Sevenhawks) looked a little confused and said "Rocks."
The man clasped (Sevenhawks) hands in his and said
"These are the bones of your ancestors.
Feel them, they are not soft.
Such is the same with their wisdom."
He bowed and said
"You cannot hope to build an empire
if you know nothing of the dirt.
Learn the Basics!"
He picked up a flower and handed it to (Sevenhawks)
"Start with this." he said, then he walked away.
The flower was Chickory.
Additional Comments:
Upon reflection
I feel that the dream guide was pointing out my often overly ambitions approach...
(using the term "empire".) I do alot of group work...
...this dream was a directive to stay focused on my own development first and foremost.
Working with plants and herbs is indicated (get back to nature!)
This dream message is very much about sticking to the basics. Grounding. Getting in touch with the bones of the ancestors.
