Lucid Intent? No

This dream has been viewed 83 times.

I was somehow on a training mission of sorts I suppose. It was like I was back in ROTC at a lab because my Maj. and Sgt., from ROTC, were there and in command. The weird thing was that not everyone was wearing ACUs. Maj. and Sgt. were, I wasn't, and a couple other random people weren't. Plus our gear wasn't g.i. either necessarily. Some of us just had regular civilian backpacks. No one had paintball guns, or duckies (fake M-16's). This dream developed right after another one, so it's fuzzy to me if the mission had anything to do with the previous dream or not. But our mission was this, there was some kind of mystery and we needed to solve it. I think that was carried over from my previous dream because then the mission soon turned into a search and rescue of two injured paratroopers out in the field somewhere.

I remember preparing for the mission by packing rations. I packed donut hole shaped muffins, I ate one and it tasted heavenly. And fruit leather. There was a guy in my squad who was very vivid but not anyone I know in real life. He was wearing ACUs, minus the jacket (just a tee on top). I seemed to have a strong liking for, that had developed before the dream takes place. (We'll call him Joe) Flirting in this type of situation is not really allowed but in my dream I did it anyways even though in real life I would've played by the rules and restrained myself. He is very good looking and has an amazing body. He is nice, funny, and strong. He's definitely not a pansy. He's respectful, tough, smart, and exciting to be around.

We eventually find the injured paratroopers and the people assigned to EPW do their thing while the rest of us created a 360 parameter. Once the epw's were complete we re-grouped to figure out our way to safety from there. We set our packs down and started re-distributing the rations. I took some of my rations and gave them to one of the paratroopers. I felt good for doing it. And for the most part I haven't left Joe's side.

Then we were back at a FOB I'm guessing, to recover, and Joe and I are in this room/"tent". Small room getting supplies or something. Just talking. Then the Sgt. comes in and starts hinting at a run that's gonna start at 11pm and he's washing up or getting supplies. Even though he's there we continue talking and start to move out onto the stairs out of the room. Joe says something adorable, it makes me smile and feel all giddy inside and I kiss him on the cheek. He doesn't say anything back and makes eye contact. Then he kisses me on the lips. This is when I can tell the dream is very vivid. I had no idea I was dreaming. It felt very real. I told him I care about him very much, rubbed his back and then we went to go join the rest of the platoon. Holding hands somewhat secretively. I felt like I was on cloud 9. And I thought about having to tell my best friend I owe her ice cream.

For some reason the Maj. was conducting a K-9 combat training simulation. Everyone was in a circle sitting on chairs and they all have a dog by their side. I notice that my *sister is now in the circle as well.  We sit down in chairs next to each other. There are three dogs they bring out but neither of us get these dogs for some reason. One of the dogs (a border collie/australian shepherd mix) I call and it starts to come to me, the maj. yells at it and it stops before getting to me and returns back to its handler. Then it darts off behind everyone to a podium and jumps on the top and starts howling. Then it leaps onto the wall and tries frantically to climb it. But to no avail.

Then all of a sudden the dogs are gone and people are in civilian clothes only except for Joe and the Maj. Everyone is paired off into couples. Except Joe and I end up on opposite sides of the room and aren't paired up with other people. We keep smiling at each other. Then I realize they're playing some kind of murder mystery game. Everyone has a card with the person they're portraying and lots of informations plus the cover story. We go around the room taking turns sharing our cover story, and leave the room. Then when the person comes back, the next person goes. I can't seem to read my card in the low light and when it's my turn I struggle to find the cover story. I read it finally and leave the room. And then come back in and sit down. Now all the women are holding babies too. I look around to find some people handing them out. Some women just get dolls. I hope I get a real baby. But I woke up from my phone ringing before they came around to me.

Additional Comments:

*My sister is very cute and has an amazing body. She has never ever not worked out and been in shape since being young even. I have always been very flat chested, she is quite a bit younger but almost always has had a bigger chest than me. She's very book smart and has always had way more long term close friends than me. In general she's more popular than I ever was. She dresses very well and always got what my parents couldn't afford when I was that old. She's also the sweetest nicest sincere person you will ever meet. And my family always jokes that she's the perfect child in the bunch.
