I remember seeing people, and seeing a halo of white light around them. It was very strange, but I knew it was a good thing.
Another part of my dream had something to do with seeing some old friend, who grew up in a very religious house. Her parents were both devout Christians - the kind who say prayers every night, blessings before dinner, have one channel on the TV, attend Church every Sunday, etc. She and her family were planning a little outing and I was going along with them.
They started talking about God and such and kept pushing things on me and I was just like... uhh... whatever. I mean, I'm not extremely religious. In fact, I'm not really a religious kind of person at all. They didn't seem to like this. Anything I said they recoiled from and gave me looks of anger. Like I was trying to corrupt them and their family or something. I tried expressing my beliefs and they just would hear any of it. At one point they stopped the car and told me to get out. Just get out and go and never come back to us. Don't ever try to hangout with their daughter, or try to corrupt them and blah, blah, blah.
I was really choked. I just kind of sat on the side of the road and looked around. There was a rather large hill off in the distance with snow on it and I remember receiving a call from my mom that Jordan and Kim were going sledding on the huge hill. I went over there to meet up with them and discovered that at the bottom of the run, there were logs and old junk. I remember trying to push it aside and trying to convince my nephew and sister not to sled down the hill.
They did anyway, and I followed behind them. At the bottom of the hill, I ended up somewhere completely different - inside some sort of school or something. One with old wood panelling for walls and doors. It was weird. And the gym floor was all hardwood with painted lines on it.
