I don't remember the dream at all.I was awakened by my yelling "Get away! Get away!" I was scrunched back in the bed by the wall, and yelling and swinging a pillow at a shadow man. I was scared, and trying to focus on this guy who I was swinging at. I could not see what he was doing, I couldn't see him clearly. I didn't know who he was. Slowly I woke enough to see that there was nothing there, but I had to turn on the light to be sure.
This happened not long after I went to sleep, in the middle of the night.
Additional Comments:
I have been awakened from dreams by my own yelling about once a month for the past 3-4 months. Never happened before that.
